Staff and valet parking were really helpfull. The gym and pool and location were nice. We could check out later at 12 for free and we’re satisfied with the help of Rachel.

The breakfast was good but you get one voucher per day so you get to choose one meal in stead of free range of choice or buffet.

The hotel is situated at the heart of brickell and roughly a 4min walk to the transportation such as the metrorail, metrobus stop and mover station. What you see at on the picture is what you get👍

That the pool closed at 8:00pm maybe this can potentially be extended to 10pm is possible. The bathroom towel situation, housekeeping kept forgetting to leave the floor towels, which were a necessity due to the water seeping out when taking a shower.

This is going to be long and thorough, so if you are hesitant to book here - like I was, this may come in handy to you. After searching for hotels or Airbnbs and reading countless reviews, I decided to book here considering that: i) price was decent and considerably cheaper than other hotels in Brickell ii) Hotel is located nearby and among places of interest and at a reasonable distance to the beaches iii) It offered free cancellation and we could pay until 2 days prior our arrival. However, I was a little nervous considering I did read some negative reviews about this hotel, specifically noise complaints about the train passing nearby and the area being under construction. BUT, I must say, this property EXCEEDED my expectations. Like I mentioned already, great value for money, GREAT location, hotel is very clean, modern and stylish. I messaged the hotel a few times about an early check-in option, but they were unable to confirm at that time. Still, we decided to go early (11am or so) and to our most pleasant surprise, room was already ready and we were able to check in right away! (+10 pts) The room had like a work station, which was ideal for us, since we both needed to work a little bit before our much needed mini holidays. Bed was super comfy with nice bedding, we took one hell of a nap. And, to our surprise, we never heard the train NOT EVEN ONCE. Although we were able to see it from our room window :) Area nearby is under construction, so perhaps it was not "the best view", but we were not planning to stay at the hotel all day. Bathroom is decent size, I read some reviews complaining about the counter-top space, but I found it okay, normal size. All the staff was very helpful and attentive. They spoke both English and Spanish, and were always super dupe nice to us. Finally, worth mentioning, you do have to leave a deposit ($100 per night) by credit card.

Overall the place is nice and a very convenient location.

However, the staff lack knowledge about the hotel operations or just choose not to follow through. We paid for breakfast via booking.com upon check-in no vouchers as supposed was given to us. Day 1 breakfast was charged to the room, which I'm not paying for because front desk staff didn't informed of the voucher plus the kitchen staff from Day 1 wasn't kind enough to explain. Only at Day 2 the kitchen staff update us to visit the front desk to request the vouchers.

There was a cockroach under one pillow

Had a great stay here. The standout was the service from the front desk and the manager, Ray. Ray helped me to find a document that I had my bank send to the property. He went and found it for me personally. He also helped me with a late checkout so that I could run a few errands before leaving for my flight. The gym is decent and the pool area is nice too.

Complimentary water bottles would've been nice. But you can fill your water bottle up in the gym. So it's not terrible. Nothing more to say as it's a good value hotel for the area. For anything more, you'll have to pay more as well.

Excellent location close to Brickell City Center, Restaurants etc. Funky hotel and very nice, helpful and friendly staff.

The property is great! I was disappointed that my room was right on the pool. I couldn’t keep my window open for light as everyone was looking right inside. The lounge chairs were positioned right on my window 😳 so I had to keep my shades down all the time.

Perfect location for the city and not too far from the beach. The (free) monorail is a two minute walk and very handy. The room is comfy and the shower was good. The pool is nice and a decent size.

It is quite expensive for what it is. The hotel is grand but it is nothing special. The pool is only open during daylight hours which is a shame as it was dark by 5.30pm.

The hotel is lovely and comfortable, location is terrific, in/out parking through valet staff quick and easy

The first room we were given had paper thin walls and we could hear every word and movement of our neighbors next door. Fortunately the staff was lovely and accommodating and moved us into a quieter room for the second night.

We loved everything... The convenience was excellent. This was our 2nd time staying at this location & it was phenomenal... Thank you so much for your continued service... ❤️ 😇🙏🏿

Our shower needed updated cocking at the bottom of the shower. Each shower, there was water sipping out all over the floor... Other than than that, our stay was excellent & we would definitely stay again...
