Excellent location, downtown Miami in Brickell. Bayside about 25 min walk away, as is little Havana. Not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a little bit of a walk in any direction and you will find what you need. Staff were very good, always friendly and ready to help. Pool on floor 6 is fantastic, bar and food available, very cool to swim in city centre surrounded by skyscrapers. Lots of comfortable loungers and beds, some of the beds had enclosed curtains if the sun got too intense. Room was excellent, clean, quiet, good AC. Two comfortable double beds and small kitchenette area. Large bathroom with very big shower enclosure. Everything was very clean, very modern. Good selection of channels on tv plus the option to sign into steaming platforms. The only slight downside was the breakfast. Quality of food was very good, but not a lot of options. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast. The hot food was limited to one option per day but they would do scrambled or fried eggs if asked. Waffle making machine was a nice addition.

The location is great, very convenient. There is a lot of things nearby and it is close to a few city attractions. Breakfast was great, not a huge selection but had everything you needed and the fresh eggs and omelets section was great. Everything was very clean.

Overall I liked everything, the building is a bit confusing as it is split between two properties but after one or two times getting lost you find your way. Parking is a quite some money but still in the average for the region, so not too bad.

The breakfast daily special was so delicious, close to a High end restaurant. The decoration, the room, I am really sad for not having been able to stay longer, one of my favorite hotels in my whole trip.

The building doesn't have any indication of that the hotel is at the 6th floor, so when you arrive you feel kind of lost. In our case, fortunately there was someone leaving the building that helped us.

There was a little mishap before I got to the property but when I arrived they ensured I had a great experience ! It was my birthday and I walked into my room which had a bottled of chilled wine with balloons decorating it :) the hotel is kept very clean , the room was spacious and I loved the city views with the boats passing by. The pool was great (wish they opened a little later in the night) and the pool bar had great drinks! I tried breakfast and it was okay . Select options for each day, staff was friendly and helpful bar breakfast. Will definitely visit again

Best hotel in Miami Brickell area for the $!! Super location near Brickell City Center and metrorail. We went to Vizcaya on the Metro rail with no problem. Beautiful view, pool area!! Room was spacious, clean, modern with fantastic air conditioning needed even during Thanksgiving weekend in Miami. Bathroom was very large with hot water shower and strong pressure. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, Element Miami Brickell staff serviced my family of 3 in an outstanding manner! They changed our room for one with a better view at no cost extra. Paula at the front desk was fantastic!! She walked us through the $20 per day food credit and even provided us with an umbrella to use when it rained. The breakfast included was excellent everyday with both got and cold items available and the kitchenette in the room was very handy as well.

The valet parking at about $50 per day after taxes were included was a bit high but is somewhat expected in an up and coming world class city like Miami..

Melessa and Vanessa were amazing during our entire stay! The breakfast was surprisingly really good and the pool was nice too. I also loved the location.

The lighting and lack of mirrors & outlets. The lightening was very poor especially where the long mirror is. They also offer a complimentary car that takes you within one mile… what we didn’t know was that there was only one car. So we pretty much waited in line thinking there were several but it was only one.

Great location in Brickell. Close to MetroRail and MetroMover. 30 minute walk to Bayside or Little Havana. Good breakfast. Kitchenette with full sized fridge was nice to have.

$30 day resort fee. Could be used at bar or restaurant for food and drink only; could not be used for taxes and built in service charges/gratuity.

The location is very good. Also, there is a train station nearby. It is easy and fast to get to the hotel from the airport using this train ride, but to go back to the airport it takes a little more time (longer journey).

Staff could be a bit more friendly. Also, the way back to the airport by train takes a lot longer than the way to get to the hotel. Kinda odd, but nothing they can do about it.

breakfast was good! I loved the part where you get your menu of the day done in the moment. The staff was amazing, everyone was extremely nice and sweet. Specially, the receptionist, Alex and John, the bartender. The location is amazing, you have a millionth things to do walking distance which was super cool (clubs, bars, AMAZING restaurants, pharmacies, mini golf, etc). The facilities where so beautiful and I would go back with my family, friends or even alone a thousand times. 100% would recommend.

Great value for the money. The hotel is modern, clean and the location is excellent.

There's some outside noise but within the expected considering it's in the middle of the city. Some lower level rooms might be bothered by the train passing by but it runs from 6am to 11pm aprox. The beds were a bit soft.
