This was my first stay at a Citizen M hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. The location in Brickell couldn't be more convenient, with everything from restaurants and markets like Publix to Brickell Mall and pharmacies just a stone's throw away. The room might be on the smaller side, it didn't feel cramped at all. This was especially true on my sister's birthday, when we received a postcard, a thoughtful touch that really warmed our hearts. Also surprise was the peace and quiet on the 16th floor. I've read some reviews mentioning noise, but our experience was completely different. It was the perfect haven for relaxation! Citizen M for sure exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in Miami Brickell

Not the fluffiest pillows, but totally fine for me.

Why stay in South Beach and pay 10x more? This is easily reached by the metro from the airport if you get off at "BRICKELL" and walk 2 blocks away. You have a Burger King, Zara, Shopping Mall and Chipotle nearby. I even went as far as walking 20 minutes over the bridge to the "ROSS" store if looking for some cheap buys. The hotel itself and staff is pretty sweet. Rooms are comfy. Love everything about it. If going to south beach you can catch a bus going over and then you have that free bus that goes up and down south beach. South Beach is too touristy. Brickell is pretty nice and this hotel has the swimming pool on the roof.

Nothing really. The staff was super nice. I've stayed also in the CitizenM in San Fran and that was really nice as well. Hoping they might open one in the Wynwood Walls area of Miami.

Loved the area of this hotel, within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The hotel was also very advance everything works through the iPad or your phone. I also had a very beautiful view of the city.

The only thing I did not like about this property was when I was in the hotel room, my door randomly was opened by staff without knocking. Thank god I had the extra lock for security. But I am a 28 year old girl that’s a solo travel. It scared me so much at first. When I asked why the would open my door, she said we want to see if you have a mattress topper on your bed. Very strange, I should’ve have a knock before hand.

Fantastic location, hotel with an awesome vibe, amazing decor, loved the books, stuffed dolls, bubble dog and the concept is really cool. Ate food and had drinks and the service was amazing. Staff was super friendly! Loved the rooftop pool, the bed and how it's all customizable via an ipad, you guys nailed it. Even the Peloton bikes. It made my trip! Staff was super friendly! they even gave me a cookie and a bag! Awesome people.

Its hard to dislike something but I will say 2 things: I wish the late check out was a little bit longer because it was like 89 dollars for only 2 extra hours. Or you guys could offer that complimentary if no one is checking in the room. My flight was at 7pm and it would ahve been nicer to stay longer OR you could let us try the hotel. By the 2nd night I wanted to become a member to get the complimentary late check out but it was no longer possible. I would have purchased it after understanding what the hotel was like and how awesome it is, totally worth it. Also higher floors could be offered when hotel not full.

The hotel was in a perfect location—within walking distance to plenty of delicious restaurants, convenient stores, and a mall. It was also easily accessible by various forms of transportation. The hotel itself was very modern and well-designed. The layout of the hotel was very well thought out as well. They have a forest like seating area towards the back of the hotel just outside the lobby where people can go enjoy some shade and relax. As well as a seating on the opposite side of that area which was my favorite because it faces the main road and you can people watch and really observe Miami’s nightlife. The 24/7 open bar/restaurant located in the lobby also provided a variety of different delicious meals, the nachos being my absolute favorite, those are a must if you go!

The rooms could have been a little bigger but for a couple or solo trip it’s a decent size. I also wish there was a mini microwave somewhere accessible in the room so guest didnt have to go to the main lobby every-time they wanted to warm up food. Also the rooftop bar states that it is open from 12pm-10pm which we realized was not true after multiple days of it opening up after 5pm. This caused for us to have to travel to the main lobby every-time my spouse and I wanted any type of beverage.

Perfect location, very good breakfast (had brunch everyday) and ideal for solo/remote work travelers as the hotel lobby serves as a co-working space, a gym, a rooftop pool and bar -a pack that even local Miami remote-workers use for a yearly fee.

The rooms nonetheless are extremely small, although fun as a provided tablet enables the control of all lights, music etc. I barely had any space to open my suitcase. Also having the only sink of the room right in front of the bed and the shower room directly to the room did not make me feel at ease. There is literally no bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at CitizenM Miami. The location is perfect (close to everything you might need), the hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The gym is small but has new machines and is in great condition (ideal for a quick workout).

The only downside was the room size. It’s extremely compact — the bed barely fits the space (as shown in the photo), and there’s almost no room to move around or unpack comfortably. It works fine for a short stay or if you travel light, but it may feel tight otherwise.

We are explorer type vacationers which means we don’t spend a whole lot of time in the room, which means all citizen M hotels are exactly what we need. The breakfast in the morning is better than most buffet style hotels

I didn’t like that the house of the pool online and the actual hours at the hotel are different. Who closes a pool at 6pm? Just weird and inconvenient as we had planned to use it the first night we checked in which was just at 7 and it was closed. Night swims are the best. The noise of the city is something to get used to, if you don’t live in the city you might rethink the location of this hotel. It’s bustling all night and doesn’t quiet until around 7am yes AM

The location is perfect in a very safe and vibrant area, full of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. On the second floor, it has a cozy lobby for work, and also, there is a fascinating view to Brickell City Center. Even though the rooms are quite no noise coming from outside. If the weather is good, it is within walkable distance to river walk, Bayfront park, and Miamia Bayside. The hotel location is the perfect option for those who are not highly attched to stay next to the beach and prefer family city vibes, in addition avoid paying extra for resort fees. Still, it is easy to get to the beach by car/app ride..

The bathroom is tiny and is hard to fit inside. The tiny sink is outside the bathroom, which is annoying. You don't know where to hang your clothes in the bathroom because there is no such one. The room size, in general, is small. There was no hair cap or ear cotton buds in the bathroom.

We honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the seamless check-in process to the cozy, tech-savvy room and the friendly, attentive staff.
