I liked the location, close to a lot of restaurants, publix supermarket, 7-11, dunkin donuts, 107 Taste Asian restaurant and 12 mim walk from the Brickell City centre I really liked my room. I like having a bed and a sofa and two tvs. It had a lot of natural lighting coming in because i had a corner room

Few staff members were unfriendly and almost rude and spoke in an annoyed manner. I encountered this on the 24th floor when i went for tea one afternoon. The lady was like "What do you want?" I didnt like that. It doesnt hurt to greet people before you speak to them and just be a little patient. I encountered several language barriers as I only speak English but most staff speak Spanish. I had to use google translate several times. The breakfast lacked diversity and it gave me a stomach ache so bad the first day and i just didnt eat it for the remainder of my time there.

I liked my stay very much! It was close to main area in Brickell and the free trams were nearby as well. I did most of my travel using Uber, getting in and out was easy. One bed room was good size, comfortable bed. Nice views and I felt very homely.

Not much really but theres always room for improvement. Add cutlery and cups/glasses. Would have given an elevated feel. Some breakfast items was over towards the end the cut off time, you can’t be running out of toast bread.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Atwell Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked through the beautifully designed lobby, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering local recommendations and even providing a complimentary map of the area. Overall, The Atwell Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and hospitality. I look forward to returning on my next visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Location felt safe,close to transportation, metro rail , people mover and trolly. Good view from 22 floor with 2 balconies.The suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a Keurig for coffee in a large kitchen space with a refrigerator and microwave. No other kitchen amenities. There was a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner and a bar in the lobby. There were also many restaurants in walking distance . I didn’t use the pool but it was outdoors on the 6th floor and look nice.

The noise from the metro rail a half block away was loud and so was the noise from the fire station across the street. Fine if you are used to big city noises. The Atwell Suites shares the building with the Indigo hotel with Atwell having floors 16-24. There was never anyone at the Atwell desk but the Indigo lobby staff were helpful. The included breakfast which was fine is provided on the 24 floor. We ate in the lobby restaurant and ended up paying for breakfast the first morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good place to stay, nearby to touristic points. All around are supermarkets, malls and restaurants, a few steps from the metromover, metrorail and other public transportation

Had to call to remind them about a birthday amenity that was requested for my first day and never received my extra towel. Would be good to have an extra chair for the counter table and some utensils like mugs, plates and glasses. In the main bathroom, next to the sink, It would be good a hook for the hand towel

Hotel location was safe and convenient to stores, restaurants and transportation all in walking distance. The room was comfortable and modern with a beautiful city view off the balcony. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided. Rooftop pool was lovely and clean with a nice lounging area and view. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite with an easy check in/out process. Valet was quick. Housekeeping was efficient with our needs. Overall, we were happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely book again.

Pool area closed too early (at 8pm). Would've liked it to stay open later. Breakfast was very limited. Would've preferred more variety and hot options. One elevator was out. Sometimes took awhile to arrive. Limited ice machines. Would've preferred more on floors.

The people working in the reception were nice and friendly, without being "too much". They helped us store the luggage,and gave us late check out. The room/appartment were modern, light, with balcony and great view over Miami. Perfect for a family of five.

Should be a table in the "livingroom" of the appartment. We had to set our bottles on the floor when using the couch and the chair. The breakfast included was not good unfortunately. For this being a nice, big hotel, we think it should have neen better.

Just stayed in Miami Atwell suites for 7 nights and it was perfect. The check in was easy and the room was immaculate on arrival. The lifts are super quick and the pool was nice a quite and not too busy. The breakfast is good value considering it is included. The staff were always helpful but I didn’t need their help to often as I had everything I needed with no issues. Location is good, the views are amazing I would definitely request the same room again if I was to stay again, which I would. The room was really nice to come back to after busy days in Miami. Will definitely return.

- good room size, it was a suite with a kitchen and living area - close to restaurants, shops etc - coffee lounge on the 20th floor - good service

- Breakfast was basic and the same each day- no variety - The service staff don't speak a word of English, which made it difficult to communicate when we needed anything like an extra towel etc.
