• I had to call upon arrival because the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. • It’s essential to request an apartment where no pets have stayed beforehand if you have allergies. I experienced allergic reactions upon arrival. And the day after, a friend had allergy too. The couch smelled strongly of a dog, which we assumed was the cause. I had to clean it myself with a product I purchased. -The closet is next to the bed without a door, and the feeling of sleeping beside the dark open space, with hanging clothes and suitcases stored there, was extremely uncomfortable. It made me sleep poorly, and a simple door would make a huge difference.

Our stay in Downtown was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be better—all the essential attractions and amenities are within a convenient 5-10 minute walk, yet the hotel is situated far enough from the noisy streets to ensure a peaceful retreat. Having a grocery store just a block away was extremely helpful, especially when traveling with kids. The hotel also features a playroom that kept our little ones entertained during our downtime. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff. My daughter accidentally left her favorite teddy bear in the room, and the manager, along with the cleaning staff, went above and beyond to locate it and send it back to us. Their kindness truly made our stay memorable!

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had everything we needed! I was so impressed that there were one and a half bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook meals there to save money. It was very clean and we had supplies in case we ran out of things like trash bags or soap. It's an excellent value for the money and the space is huge. I also had to work a bit and enjoyed having a separate desk for my computer. Everything from the lighting to the supplies was just perfect. I highly recommend this place.

the kitchen facilities were good helped us to save monies and you could get food delivered via the food apps we use in UK beds comfortable only 1 room had ensuite but the main bathroom had walk in shower

air conditioning was in main living area which meant we had to switch off as it was too cold when my son was sleeping we had to ask for duvet for him re sofa bed but it was a comfy mattress space at a premium when using the sofa bed as large glass coffee table so staff agreed to remove it we had toddler too so it was a safety hazard too staff were amenable and promptly dealt with any issues a wee distance from local loop station and we came across that by accident some info in room re how to get around would be useful the loop is free and of you get to financial district loop u can go to biscayne and downtown

Not very clean but acceptable

We stayed at Roami at Habitat Brickell for a friend's birthday celebration in January, and overall, it was a great experience! The location was ideal close to malls and attractions, with Publix just a short 4-minute drive away. The space was perfect for four adults, offering a comfortable and well-equipped stay. The kitchen came stocked with utensils and pots, making meal preparation easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were emailed to us beforehand, making the process seamless. The hotel team was very responsive to all our queries before arrival and throughout our stay, including when we requested extra pillows and sheets. The view from our room was just okay, but the nighttime view outside the gym was absolutely stunning! The TV was a bit tricky to figure out, but since we mostly used our phones and laptops, it wasn’t a big deal. As travelers from Jamaica, safety was a big concern for us, but we felt very secure throughout our stay. We had no issues with deliveries, our Uber Eats orders arrived hassle-free, and the packages we sent ahead were easy to collect. We visited SuperBlue Miami, Wynwood Walls, Gianni's (Versace Mansion), Aventura Mall and South Beach. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d love to stay again!

The bathrooms were a good size, though we had to adjust the drain cover in one to help the water flow better. A minor inconvenience was that the master bedroom lacked a full-body mirror, which was only available in the secondary room. Another downside was that only one elevator was working, which sometimes caused a bit of a wait. The luggage scale in the hotel was inaccurate, and we found out at the airport that our bags were slightly overweight. It would have also been nice to have bottled water in the room, but we easily picked some up from Publix.

The apartment was really spacious, we are a family of four so this was great. We were in the other tower across the street but it’s literally a few seconds to get to, not a problem

The air conditioning unit in our apartment was old and in a cupboard. It was really loud. It sounded like it was going to take off! I am a very light sleeper but it was too hot to turn it off so I didn’t have the best sleep while I was there. My husband and children did though. We were in 1603. Just something to consider for other guests.

The property was really clean. Elevators were always clean and available. The pool area was very clean. Hotel had a very pleasant smell throughout. Amazing view of the city. Our room was a lot more comfortable and spacious than expected. Amazing space for a family of four. Kitchen amenities were on point.

Wasn’t provided plans for parking so kind of had to drive around to find parking to check in, only to discover that parking is provided in front of the parking garage for check in. No big deal. Wasn’t provided check out requirements but chatted through Booking.com and questions were answered immediately.

Big apartment, very well equipped and clean, good price for the size and location. Early check-in available for a small price. The area is very calm, with stores within walking distance (Walgreens, Publix) and a cute italian coffee shop just next door.

Cannot use the amenities once you have checked out, there is no surveillance or security at the luggage room (unlocked door) so be careful if you intend to leave your bag there the last day. The amenities are clean but a bit small

Property is perfectly located, Brickell is a great and safe area with a lot to offer. The location was just enough away from all the busy areas but then close enough to walk to when needed. The property has amazing staff and we had no issue communicating or getting whatever we needed.

A small refreshment of the interior would be useful. It's not terrible but could definitely use a bit of an update.
