The hotel is spacious, with nice clean rooms. The location is perfect, you have a supermarket in 5 min walk. There are many places to go out in the area since it is a Brickell neighborhood. Little Havana is in 30 min walk. You have a train station close by. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and friendly. I liked that I could request new bed linen and towels when I wanted to change it. The coffee for breakfast was delicious and I liked the snacks.

I didn't find anything that I wouldn't like.

The location of the place is perfect, just a seven-minute walk from Brickell station which has Orange, Green, and Loop Lines. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's an ideal location suitable for guests of all ages. The nightlife is just around the corner, and you can easily access other locations through various modes of transport. Although the breakfast might not be international, it was perfect for us and worth the price. We were surprised that Little Havana was within walking distance, and it took us approximately 35 minutes to get there from the hotel.

Mildly disappointed - Upon arrival, we were informed that housekeeping would happen every week and were given the exact day it would occur. With this knowledge, we made sure to pack our belongings neatly to facilitate the cleaning process. However, we had to chase housekeeping for three days before our room was finally added to the cleaning list.

The staff was available to help at all times. I never had the opportunity to get the snack they had available for early morning because I was fasting, coming home late from the revival, and sleeping in. I had to get up to prepare something to eat between 3 and 7; that was the window time to eat due to my fasting every day for 40 days.

I expected more in the room, but unfortunately, it wasn't more. The bed wasn't comfortable, the pillows were very soggy, and the tub was lopsided. The air conditioner wasn't able to turn down; it was either too cool or too hot

Good size room with desk, comfortable chairs, beds, towels. Provided minimum bathroom things. Also able to get kitchen basics from reception so able to do cooking. Wifi worked well for video calls or streaming. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Westward view from higher floors is over the highway and includes sunset.

Breakfast is mostly just one type of cereal bar and some coffee. AC seems to have limited flexibility (mostly just on or off). One way roads nearby may cause difficulty getting into the property for some drivers. Friday afternoon drum circle at the nearby school was a bit loud :)

Very clean and polite stuff. There is free grab and go breakfast every morning and some morning it comes very handy since we were on a family vacation. The kitchen is nice too and the cookware and silverware come free with requests. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is located in Downtown Brickell, makes it within walking distances of lots of restaurants and shopping. 100% recommends!

We booked this for the proximity to the walkable public transportation for Ultra. We were greeted by a nice guy in the front, and then have a really cool front desk system where they have a touch screen facing you, the customer, so you can clearly see what is happening as you check in etc. We got the corner room on the 3rd floor and it was so large! The amenities were perfectly fine for what we needed it (aka you aren't here for luxury.) They had a very small breakfast I think from 7-10am including coffee, granola bars, some ready to heat up oatmeal.

All of our Uber/Lyfts didn't know how to approach the entrance location, so just keep that in mind if you are being picked up, you might have to meet them outside, or inform them it's an early right turn.

We arrived earlier than scheduled and the reception staff were able to help accommodate an earlier check in time and he personally checked to see if the room was ready so we couldnt fault such an excellent customer service. Hotel is excellently located with just a 10 minute walk to the free monorail station which takes you downtown. Rooms were very clean, modern and to a very high standard. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of onsite free parking. Overall an excellent short stay which is great for visiting Miami. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, good amenities for your room with a clean laundry room.

Though there was a bell to call an attendant at the front desk, sometimes wait times were a bit long but understandable during off times.

Well it could be better

Did not have ice machine in hotel. Had to walk to cvs at night. If you stay for a short period of time like we did the empty ice trays in the refrigerator does help!

Location is great room clean and standard. Many contractors in the hotel. Not recommended just for tourism. Consider as a business hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money
