The room and bed were extremely great, It was the first time I relaxed because of this amazing pillow and mattress. Highly recommend

Parking is extremely rude. They destroy your tires and very speeding, change seat settings. Not recommend. Instead of parking guy, just use your car near open slots parking.

Great location, accommodations,great staff, clean facilities, quick access to the beach, and the pool. The restaurant food was delicious. Bar was available all day.

I didn't like the $20 fee per day for soap 2 bottles of water, the refrigerator stove microwave. Make that part of the price so people have a choice when booking. They surprised me with this and I did not like it. It comes off as shady and sneaky. Be transparent up front.

Amazing views of the ocean from our balcony! We loved having the option of swimming in the pool below us or the ocean. There was a pool bar and pizza restaurant on site which was handy too. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a lovely time here for 3 days prior to our cruise that was departing from Miami.

Grumpy and rude lady who worked at the pool bar! How hard is it to be happy and friendly.

Overall I had a very good experience. I loved the location in front of the beach, sunny isles is a great area for me, as I don't like South Beach. It is also located within 5 minutes from the aventura mall

The hotel was built in the 70s so you can see several parts that could be updated

The morning staff was Great, Check in was excellent The pools and beach and ocean was amazing 😍 yes you can swim in the ocean 🌊 No food stores close by tho , And about a 40 min drive from the airport to hotel No shuttle service offered at this hotel The Prices are high , like Vegas so expect to purchase $15 dollar drinks and up at the pool bar It was a $100 dollars one way from airport to hotel It's better to just rent a car and drive

The pool area was exceptional, beauty and clean and very close to the beach. Different option to eat and drinks.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for the umbrellas and shairs in the beach. And you have to be worried about it because if you want to spend time at the pool and then go back to the beach you never know if you going to loose your umbrella. At least it should be some arrangement to let you if you pay for it enjoy it the all day even if you are at the pool

Great location, perfect to have the pool area steps from the beach, good restaurant / bar at the pool as well. Loved the pizza restaurant downstairs - the food was phenomenal and well priced. The room was good, had everything we needed.

A bit dated and some questions about overall cleanliness/upkeep. Also couldn’t find stairs so even though staying on a lower floor had to be reliant on the elevator.

We arrived the morning after a cruise & regular check in is not until 4:00. Joey in concierge services took our information & made sure we got the first rooms available. We were in our rooms by 10:30!!

There were a couple of things in the room that needed updating, but they were remodeling & I’m sure these things will be part of that.

A bit dated but the facilities make up for this. The pool and close proximity to amenities is great. And it was not as busy as we found in South Beach. Our check in was quick and they even upgraded us to ocean view. We will make this a continued stop when taking cruises out of Miami. Supported a few local restaurants all within a 10-15 minute walk

ktchen ; fridge, micro wave were vey important for the stay veranda also the pool and sport facilities were very good

the price was too high must have rooms for bed there was no breakfast the fastfood are expensive
