I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Orlando. What I appreciated the most was the excellent location — very close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is also quite spacious, clean, and well-suited for families. We had plenty of room to relax, and it felt comfortable throughout our stay. The owner was very kind and responsive, which really made a difference. Communication was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be that some of the furniture felt a bit outdated. However, this didn’t affect our overall comfort or enjoyment.

It was close to all the theme parks. It was like being at home. Very comfortable beds.

Could have been cleaner. Found an old sandwich in a zip lock bag under the bed.🤮

Everything this property advertised is exactly like it said would be , location and pictures matched and it is in Vista Cay Resort. So beautiful. Be careful to not booked vista cay inn.I actually booked with them also for my god daughter at the same time,we were scammed, they are not in the resort Vista Cay, even though it was pinned as if the location were side by side buildings. After you get there you see it is a different location and it had mold. They will not refund your money ($2000) SCAM. But with this property we will get all the bells and whistles, very clean and beautifully decorated , ground a pool area well keep and every one is very professional and considerate.

Great loaction, apartment was a great size, rooms and bathrooms were big. Clothes dryer broke during our stay and the replaced it. Gated community so felt safe. Nice pool area

Property was great but as it was self-service there was no housekeeping. This is fine but a few cleaning products provided would have been nice especially if staying for a few weeks. The stuff we bought had a lot left over at the end of our trip and felt like a waste. Hopefully they kept them there for the next guests.

It had everything we needed for our trip. Place was spotless when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, air co wasn’t too noisy. There were plenty towels. The pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and chairs. There was a supermarket and a few places to eat nearby.

There were a couple of items that could’ve done with being repaired or replaced, nothing major, a chest of drawer with some handles missing, a new sweeping brush and pan needed. Some basics were provided for arrival such as toilet roll, washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets etc but it would’ve been nice to have some everyday kitchen items such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc included. It all adds up buying these items at store when you will only use a small amount.

Really great place! It is big, well supplied, comfortable and pretty complete in everything. Good beds, linens, comfortable covers and towels. Awesome, big and well supplied kitchen (many utensils and appliances). The apartment has washing and drying machines. The resort has a pretty nice pool, a bar and a lake. Every once in a while we could spot a squirl passing near the balcony or around the grounds, so cute! It is of close proximity by car to all the Universal and Disney parks, as well as many good stores and restaurants. Almost attached to the property (you can walk to it) is a publix (a well stocked supermarket) and a few eateries. Parking was always pretty easy, we quickly found a spot near the apartment everyday. Being floor level really helped since we had an older person and a baby with a stroller in the group. They supplied us with a good portable crib. It is very well located and organized! Check in was pretty easy, with good instructions and easy access. No hassles, which was great. We really loved it. Definitely recommend it! Great value. Amazing stay.

Everything important was clean, but some corners and under the sofa and bed were a bit dirty. There were a few mosquitos inside the apartment even though there were protective screens all around the apartment. Probably entered through the door with us..

Upon check in we found only 3 spoons and a very limited amount of glasses.After our call we had a delivery next day of brand new supplies.Our guests reported to us shower in guest bathroom not draining properly and a very limited supply of hangers in closet.We reported both issues.

1 The whole environment is so quiet. I can sleep without being disturbed or waken by dog barking which is so rare and precious in this country. 2 The bed is the most comfortable one I've ever slept on so far. Everything is perfect about the bed. The mattress, the sheet, the pillow... It's so good I almost had an orgasm the moment I lied on it.

1 The wifi signal is not stable. My phone keeps disconnecting from internet occasionally because of it. 2 The plugs in the bathroom of master bedroom are not working. They have no power.

Mum & teens on holiday here which meant we each had our own room and ensuite. So nice to have a home away from home rather than a hotel. We took alot of Ubers which were very efficient. There were enough start up supplies provided to last us the whole week which was appreciated. The neighbourhood is safe and peaceful. There is a Walgreens shop with many basic supplies but not alot of fresh food and Vege. I suggest hitting Wholefoods to stock up at beginning of the week. New theme park opening up across the road in May 2025.

There wasn't anything to dislike, the photos were accurate so we knew what to expect. The property is a little dated but that didn't bother us. Probably suit people who hire a car.
