The property as a whole was nice and liked that it was a gated community. The unit we were in, 4802 #303, needs a lot of updating. The garbage disposal was leaking water really bad and had to be replaced, the sofa is very uncomfortable, the main TV was very small, master bed mattress was horrible. It was so hard my hips hurt sleeping on it. There is no place to put shampoo or anything in the shower. A simple hanging organizer on the shower head would be better than nothing. The finish is peeling off the cabinets in the bathrooms. The flooring is cheap vinyl, but it doesn't lay flat so you feel like it is moving. Just odd. We had a baby with us, and the floors were so dirty his feet would be black from walking on them. We all had to keep shoes on, or we couldn't get in bed without washing our feet. We were supposed to have a water view, but had a parking lot view instead but turned out okay because the main pool was completely torn out and unusable. We had to walk across a main road and walk a distance to get to a nice but crowded pool area because there was only one pool. The property isn't what it was advertised to be. The best part was the lake that you could walk around. I was happy to have a full kitchen because we could have breakfast and lunch in the condo. It could be a very nice unit. It just needs some love.

We were not advised ahead of time about the pool and clubhouse (maybe I missed it). Lots of squeaky floors and doors. Beds were not too comfortable. Upstairs hot and cold water are plumbed opposite - hot water goes to the toilet!!!

Everything was great except the toilet was very low. My husband is over 6 ft and very difficult to get up.. A grab bar would have helped or higher seats. Other than that great place.. great property.. close to Publix and the parks..

The property and unit were great. Nearly everything we needed was there. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Unit’s living room tv wasn’t working, at least not for me. I will admit I can be electronic illiterate sometimes. Lol but the only thing I saw missing we would love to have handy was a decent size pot (medium/large) to make pasta or even a box of Mac.

I booked a 2 bedroom to accommodate 4 adults and 1 teenager. When we arrived we noticed that in the living room there was no sofa bed. I called customer service and I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful 3 bedroom for a minimum fee. The customer service rep was very polite and helpful.

Great location, easy being able to check in immediately to room, very clean, all rooms were well stocked.

In 1 of the 3 bedrooms there were 2 full size beds.. 1 of them was extremely hard and not easy to sleep in

Called afterhours and a kind gentleman replied promptly. He was very courteous and made himself available for anything else we needed.

Not a big deal but didn't know there weren't any eating utensils available.

The location was fantastic, and the property was extremely comfortable for my family.

The condo had small ants around, especially in the kitchen. Also the pool rules were a little strict.

Location to the Orange County Convention Center, local attractions, and Publi and Walgreens in walking distance. There is plenty of room for a group..to space out and not be up under each other.

Maintenance upkeep in the condo....it wasn't major... just time for everything to be checked.

It was a really nice place. I didnt get to try the amenities but the condo was really nice- definitely felt like home. Enough space for everyone to have their own breathing room.

That we couldn't stay longer. I will definitely book again
