The location is great and is within walking distance of the Convention Center (North/South Concourse), several good restaurants, Walgreens, and Publix (grocery store). It is a quick drive to Sea World and Universal and an easy drive to Disney. It's so convenient to have access to a full kitchen and laundry, and not have to cram too many people into a small hotel room.

We have stayed at various locations here numerous times over the years and every time there is 'something' not up to par. Often it's that the rooms are a bit dirty, especially the floors, or the lights don't work or the tub/shower/sink isn't draining or the icemaker is broken. Sometimes it's just that the place is showing its age and looking a bit rundown. All this said, we keep coming back because the value is great and the staff has always taken care of the 'issues' quickly.

Fantastic, large, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Very well kept buildings and grounds, efficient trash-removal service. Everything worked. Pool was excellent, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Basketball court was brilliant.

Please let people know the lakeside walk is longer and partly roadside due to the building works next door shutting off the path. Glad we were on the top floor away from the noise of the ground floor aircon units. Would request a lake view next time.

The area is nice and close to Idrive. The apartments are big but need a little bit of TLC.

The pool was closed for renovation. The main reason we picked Vista Cay was for the pool as my daughter is an avid swimmer. If I had have known it was closed I wouldn’t have booked. They charged top dollar too and no discount for having to use the pool at the other resort which was about 1/2 a mile away.

We stayed at the reserves at Vista Cay. Condo was so nice! Very modern, clean and nicely decorated. Great location away from congestion of traffic and an easy drive to Universal. Located right beside shopping center with several restaurants and a Publix and Dunkin you can walk to. Pool is small but nice but will be very nice once construction is complete. Looks like they are adding another pool beside the one that's already there that will have zero entry and a splash pad for kids.

Would have liked overhead Fans in the bedrooms.

A great location close to most of the theme parks and attractions. There's a grocery store and several great restaurants within walking distance. We've stayed here 3 times in 3 different apartments and will probably be back again.

Each time we've stayed here there's always an issue with an 'appliance'. This time it was the ice maker and water dispenser and there were no ceiling fans, last time it was the lights. Also, the floor has been dirty every stay. You can't walk around in socks or bare feet.

The location is perfect. Central for both universal and Disney. The townhouse was huge and very comfortable. Loved the living space. Easy check in, friendly staff. Lovely well maintained grounds.

Bathrooms were dated and could do with a revamp

The rooms were spacecious, beds are comfortable great for a 5-6 person families, location is close to all the parks, supermarket and a fantastic diner just a walk distance from the apartment.

Daily cleaning services could be a great addition to a wonderful family experience.

Excellent location, with a pool and a gym . Also the space in the apartment was great, with everything that you need, and you have a Wallgreen market at a few blocks walking distance.

The service of the night personal was really negative. The woman attending at the morning was great!

This place is beautiful! A full apartment that is spacious, clean and quiet. Access to the pool and walking paths. We were in Orlando for an event at the Convention Center. I am not sure I would have enjoyed the walk everyday, as it is along a big, major street, but with the rental car it was very easy to get to and from the event. There aren't too many restaurants near by, but there is a grocery store right next door which made it really comfortable and easy to get what we needed for breakfast and snacks. It would have been nice to have coffee filters for the coffee maker (we left a package behind for the next guests) and a few more utensils in the kitchen, but overall, it was a terrific place to stay.
