The area was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Yoga and spa were great. Staff was helpful and nice.

We requested housekeeping to clean and they did not. Room had an odd odor. Carpet needed cleaning in the room. I wasn't able to use all the spa amenities. We were told upon check - in, we would have two complimentary spa visits per day. The spa told us because my daughter was under 16; she couldn't use them. I would have to order a service in order to use the amenities myself; which contradicts what the employees at check in told us.

The Champagne Lady Cruise ⛵ was outstanding!! My daughter and I recently stayed at the Bayside Resort and Spa Hotel and decided to book a cruise offered by the facility. Champagne Lady ship is within short walking distance (1/10 of a mile?) and they even offer transportation if there's some type of disability. Immediately upon boarding the Cpt greeted us and provided standard safety rules. Ship was clean and with no mechanical issues. Alcohol and all you can eat filling appetizers are included on board. I was tremendously surprised by the Ship's staff. Particularly with 2 young ladies named Emma, and Sarah. These two individuals went above and beyond to make sure my daughter (11) and I were comfortable and safe. They constantly checked on guests, provided entertainment, and kept an eye on the whether for our safety. All while yielding a bright smile and a welcoming/relaxing atmosphere. They definitely deserve a substantial raise or bonus. This was the best experience of our trip to Panama Beach, by far! I HIGHLY recommend this crew and ship if you are in the area.

Cable and WiFi went out for almost an entire day. I called front desk and they said they would dispatch someone to look at the problem but he never arrived. Not that I care much because we didn't book a hotel/spa to watch TV. It was just a minor inconvenience. Housekeeping staff was nice and everyone in the building is friendly. Very clean facilities and plenty of outdoor things to do. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The location for my need was excellent. The room was very comfortable. This is an out of the way location, located along the bay and on a golf course, so it is very quiet. Staff was attentive and engaging. It is a resort property that was a Sheration and now is owned by Bluegreen Vacations, a time share company, renting rooms that are not used by owners. The over all property is beautiful and it appears that Bluegreen is refurbishing a tired Sheration.

The room price was real value, however be aware you are on a resort property and everythig else is very expensive. The general level of housekeeping and grounds keeping is below par. My room was clean, bathroom, sheets, towels and so on. But the carpet in my room definitely needs attention and the common areas around my building need some deep cleaning attention too.

It was a nice location , great view , but the staff is completely uneducated, I wasn’t charged the full amount on the first day ,I wasn’t told that the full amount wasn’t charged until checkout , was told three different stories on why nothing was said from the beginning. Nothing posted to my account until the day of checkout , staff needs to be more responsible with how they handle guests , they told my mother over the phone that it was basically $200 a night and that’s why we had to pay another $157 ,but when she called again a different story was told . We basically paid for 4 nights and only stayed from Friday to Monday morning . Also was told that we only paid for the first two nights and that’s all they had us down to stay for , when my reservation had been booked at least four weeks ahead of time and the reservation was from Friday to Monday . Also there is a $200 resort fee for room service , my money was posted to my account this morning , but my sister has yet to receive her money back from them .

We loved the convenience of everything on the property and the views were awesome. Met several other guests and loved it was a family friendly environment.

The private beach wasn’t really great for swimming so we had to go elsewhere and had planned on staying on the property. The beds were really low and not comfortable- that was a huge dislike my husband and I both have come home with back pain bc of the beds.

The location is great, the onsite amenities are nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. When our key card stopped working the woman at the front desk was quick with magnetizing them again and very nice.

One of the nights the shower did not drain properly, even with two drains, making the water run all over the bathroom. With the shower head angled perfectly in one particular spot, it worked okay. The food at the pool bar was pretty bland but the drinks were tasty with decent prices and good happy hour deals.

I wish I had known that the surrounding water was marsh. That’s on me for not looking more closely before reserving. I was hoping the water would be swimable, but the alligator signs around the building pretty much sealed the deal for the private beach. The pools were not as clean as they should be. Dirt on bottom and debris on top. Par for the course since they were surrounded by palm trees. I also feel signs should be posted about taking hermit crabs from the water. We found several on the second floor on the ground near the trash. People should be educated about leaving animals in their environment.
