Location is amazing, price is great, staff is awesome.

Towels are small.... but clean, and they will give u more if u ask.

The place was great for us this trip. Very nice and helpful staff. It is an old property, but it has been updated and is nice. The location was awesome. We wanted to get away and relax, and the motel is in a great location. We didn’t need a kitchen this trip, so the refrigerator and microwave were all we needed. The beaches were beautiful and where it is located is great for relaxing and enjoying the beach, ocean, and less people crowded around. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Nice fenced in pool and deck with plenty of chairs and space to relax away from the sand.

The only thing was the floor was a little dirty even at arrival, but it’s only sand and dust. Not enough to see, but you do get it on your feet. We just wore our flip flops or Hey Dudes after showers. I didn’t complain or even mention it, because it looked clean, and sand was blowing around everywhere when we opened up doors, so we understood.

Awesome smaller Motel in calmer area of PCB...near St Andrews park. Beach Access #2 right in the back of property. Great location 😄Comfortable clean beds. We stayed in Rm 203 & it had a front & back entrance which was neat along with windows to open for breeze 🙂 oh and the nice pool to soak in 🙃 All employees/residents were great & they made sure we felt at home. If we needed anything or advice they were there for us! Cool litte place ...we enjoyed it 👍 Near some great food & fun 😊 Family friendly forsure ....awesome room setups. Clean other than the typical sand 😁 We'll definitely be back to AVM again 👌

The front office workers were very nice and friendly. The guy especially, I didn’t ask his name but loved to see a friendly person working especially when it’s with people. Like greeting us and accommodating us. The area was really clean, the pool, like the dryer and washer at the location.

One of the dryers wasn’t drying the clothes. So had to pay double, money should be an option when using the washer and dryers and not just cards. Another thing that we didn’t like was the smell in our room. It smelled like cigarettes. I know there’s NO smoking in the rooms but I’m assuming not every one follows the rules. The smell was strong for us since we’re not around smokers. It gave me a headache and had to sleep with the window open in hopes to air out the smell.

The staff was amazing, the beach was very close, the ice machine was always full, the beds were very comfortable, the laundry facilities were great, the pool was amazing, the beach was never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay there again next time we visit PCB 😁

The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, the pillows were very subpar but I always bring my own so that didn’t matter to us. I would suggest offering laundry supplies in the office.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave recommendations for food and the beaches. They never seemed like we bothered them when we asked questions. We only planned to stay 3 nights. On the day we checked out we walked to the beach and decided to stay another night. They let us book back in our same room. We plan on going back with our kids next month and will stay here again. We’ve stayed in larger chain hotels and didn’t have the best outcome. The best hotel bed I’ve ever slept on too. Please look at booking Aqua View and support small businesses. We couldn’t see the beach from our room but it was less than 150 feet from it and perfect. Thank you guys for helping make our first anniversary wonderful. We will see yall again the end of May. The Murphy’s

Nothing everything was perfect

Loved i got an upgraded room with no extra charge. The hotel is in the perfect part of the beach. As also super affordable. Unlike other resorts their deposits and resort fees are superior considering every other hotel/condo had cleaning fees like 200 plus dollars and a resort fee that's also expensive.

Other than the neighboring room being loud I can't find anything I didn't like other than parking is a little tedious.

Great hotel only steps from the beach, and a short 1 mile drive to St. Andrews State Park. The hotel is normally a great value for the area, and has a nice pool and newly updated rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and repeat customers are eligible for an early check in if their room is available, which is a very valuable and appreciated offering.

The area had gotten a little sketchy in the past, but has improved a lot over the last couple of years. There were still some riff raff around, but not immediately at the hotel. A vagrant was sleeping in a house under construction on the walk to the beach, but that isn't related to the hotel, which has obviously put recent effort into bringing its area up.

The staff ( I believe they were the owners) were very friendly. We arrived early, around 10am and they allowed us to park in the parking lot to walk to the beach and to use the pool until time for check in. They gave us the option to pay the $30 early check in fee but did not make us pay it. Which I thought was wonderful since they let us use the pool and parking lot without being checked in. The front desk gentleman was very helpful with all of our questions on things to do and the best time to search for shells. The rooms were clean and looked to be recently remodeled. The rooms were smaller then I anticipated but I did like that they had two doors. The beds were very comfortable. They could use some new towels but they gave us plenty. It’s not on the beach but right across the street. Less then a 1 minute walk. The pool was clean. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The location to the beach is wonderful. Literally one block away, and just a 1-3 minute walk (depending on your pace.) There are also some stores and restaurants nearby, within walking distance. And St. Andrews State Park is just a 2 minute drive to the east. The bathroom was nice and had a walk-in shower. Overall, it was a clean room and hotel.

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and our room was ... odd. We had a king sized bed that took up most of the space, so we barely had any room to lay out and open our suitcase. Also, there was a HUGE dresser/desk in the room. It was way too big for the space. The small microwave had buttons that didn't work. And the entire room had a linoleum floor which made it feel like sand was everywhere when walking around barefoot.... to be expected, I guess since it's so close to the beach.
