The hotel was clean, and in a nice area. The room had a big flat screen TV, and the shower was really nice with glass sliding doors.

The front desk attendant was asleep on the couch when I arrived. I called the front desk phone several times, not knowing the guy sleeping on the couch is the front desk associate who has to check me in. Finally after the 4th call to the front desk, he got up off the couch and checked us in.

property was excellent, except for the previous guest hair on the shower curtain and loose plumbing fixtures.

charged $50 deposit without prior notification, nor consent. Was informed by that clerk at checkout "It will be released in 3-5 days." An hour and a half after checkout, was charged additional $6.00 for water, which was not touched. Clerk stated, "Oh that must have been a mistake then." followed by, "I'll issue a refund." At this time, no refund has yet to post.

Better explanation needed upon arrival of coffee/ tea location and time of availability. We Found out about the hot tub too late( was almost closing time) and was told by another quest not the front desk. The 2 water bottles in our room should be complimentary not $3 dollars each. Hampton Inn provides them with no fee and unlimited.

For the price we paid this place exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived it was spotlessly clean and smelt good . Check in staff were friendly and we enjoyed a meal and drinks in the bar/restaurant, the lady waiting on us was friendly as was the barman.The food was very good value for money . Beds comfy and toiletries in bathroom were also good . Free plentiful parking .

Beautiful hotel. Centrally located. Very inviting entrance/lobby. The set-up of pool area was like a tropical island. The entire area inside and out was immaculate.

I loved the location is I-95 was accessible from where to hotel is located.

The breakfast was not as expected. I paid 15.95. I was not pleased with how the eggs were cooked. The eggs were very greasy. I did eat the potatoes and oatmeal. There was not a lot to choose from for the 15.95 price tag.

Refreshed space with very clean rooms, comfortable untra-clean bedding and beautiful bathrooms with accessible showers

The multi use bottles of bath items seem to be used in alot of hotels now. I don't think that is sanitary and with so many weird people out there, they could be adulterated.

It was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is a lot of construction going on through there and it made it hard to get around. The power went out for about an hour but it was just a minor inconvenience.
