The breakfast was good & fresh. The woman in charge of the breakfast took pride in her work and making sure all the guests were pleased. The only thing I would recommend is having decaf coffee & tea options. I cannot have caffine due to my cardiac problem.

The staff at the front desk were not the friendliest. The cleaning person on the 1st floor could not interact with me. She didn't seem to understand me, but was a person of color, so I don't know why she could not speak to me. The hispanic woman on the 2nd floor was very polite and a good worker.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable. During our 4 day stay, the staff we dealt with were exceptionally courteous, friendly and professional. We really liked the fact that they didn't come to make the bed or clean the room every day., We did that ourselves in about 30 seconds. Our request for fresh towels and shampoo was filled very quickly. Our room had a sitting area and a small kitchenette, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located near I95 but there was no traffic noise. It is also located in a shopping mall with several nice restaurants.

The hot breakfast should have been a little varied each day. Scrambled eggs and sausage every day gets to be a little old. There was no waffle maker to break the monotony, for something hot. Cold cereal had to do.

Good location but a very busy area traffic wise! Rooms clean. Lots of space.

The breakfast on Friday was great. Saturday was not. Food needed refilled. OJ was watered down. No fruit options other than apples. Just needed restocked more frequently. We were there at 9 and breakfast wasn’t over until 10.

Good breakfast, nice room, good staff..some we very attentive and receptive. Happy New Year stay was good!

I was locked out of my room, had the key but it wouldn't open staff was good about getting to it but still couldn't open it I went the pool, for about 1 hour, didn't get a call but checked back and finally it opened

We were met with courtesy and professionalism by the young man who helped us he was patient and helpful one of my family members couldn't make it and the young man Axel tried his best to make it possible for me to be able to cancel one of the rooms last minute with no penalty and I greatly appreciate Axel and the young lady who's name I forgot (sorry)

Free full breakfast. Clean. Timely replacement of non-functioning refrigerator.

Location was less than desirable. Far too many people smoking weed, many openly and publicly.

I enjoyed our room's cleanliness and the staff's friendliness. We had access to an iron, hair dryer, microwave, and mini fridge. The breakfast was okay as well. Free parking

I would have liked a larger variety of breakfast options. The taste of the eggs could have been better. I would have liked pancakes or Belgian waffle options if possible. I appreciate the hotel's efforts for a satisfying breakfast either way. They were very attentive to details.

People, smoking on the bench that's out front. I'm highly allergic/sensitive to smoke with it that close to the door entrance😱 having to walk by and try not to inhale the odor. Light above the bathroom sink could be brighter.

I didn't eat breakfast there because I woke up too late. The hotel location was perfect, close enough to everything I needed and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
