Although not an historic building it has a historic feel to it. It was in a perfect location to go into the historic area of Sebring and also to get to many other areas. Our room was very clean and so was the rest of the property. The excellent maintenance/upkeep was very noticeable. The Kurig and small frig were great to have in the room. But most important was the staff. Our shout out to Sophie at the front desk. Always a smile, checking to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed anything. We enjoyed meeting Sophie and wish her all the best. And another staff member, Sergio, at the front desk was very friendly and ensuring everything was ok. Thank you both for a first rate experience.

This has been our third stay at Inn on the Lakes. Check in/Check out were easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, the lobby and grounds well-maintained. At Check-in, the Front Desk staff member explained the process for requesting breakfast the night before, to include our selections and room service delivery time - both days, our deliveries were right on time and the breakfast meals were good and adequate. When we returned home, I discovered I had left a small backpack in the room - I called the Inn and the staff found my bag and held it until a family member picked it up. BIG thank you!

Not really a "dislike" but a suggestion: Perhaps a reminder about the breakfast process, and menu, could be placed in the rooms - both mornings we were there, I noticed confused guests asking at the front desk about breakfast, only to find out it was to have been ordered the night before. However, the staff members offered to contact the kitchen to request breakfasts for those guests, so they tried to accommodate.

Very friendly staff. As soon as they noticed we were traveling with children we were upgraded to a lakeview room. We were able to check in early and use the pool the whole afternoon. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing. There were 2 choices and your choice was brought to your room at a time specified by yourself the day before. Would have been nice to be able to sit in the restaurant and have a calm comfortable breakfast. The other thing we were missing was some plates and cutlery. There is a microwave to heat something in your room, but nothing to put it on or eat it with.

The whole place was charming, and it had a beautiful feeling about it. Whimsical almost. I felt like I was on an exotic but relaxing adventure. Sophie at the front desk was so sweet and it was just a pleasure meeting her at check-in. She asked what brought me to this small town and I told her that I just live over in Palm Beach County but needed to take a night away since all I do is work and take care of my 9 yr old twins. She was so excited for me to get to take this trip and helped me order my breakfast for the next morning. I will absolutely be back. I've driven by several times on my way to other destinations. So glad I stopped in to check it out myself!

This hotel is one of the best kept secret of Florida’s tourism belt. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The beds very comfortable and the property decor and environment superb! This hotel puts luxury into a home like experience amazingly well. The breakfast came with orange juice that seemed freshly squeezed that same morning. The toiletries were a spa experience. I really love this hotel. The pool area is a nature lover’s paradise with breath taking lake views and bird colony near by on a small island. A perfect relaxing spot after a day out. So calming is the atmosphere. I found the staff extremely professional especially Sergio who demonstrated superb customer service. They should put a poster with the definition of professionalism next to Sergio portrait. I hesitated to share this precious gem review with others because when the secret gets out I may not be able get a room when I want to visit again.

Really nice inn with a lovely pool area and lots of beautiful flowers and plants giving a nice Mediterranean feeling. The views of the lakes were lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

The restaurant and bar don’t open on a Sunday or Monday which is when we were staying and options for food/drink within walking distance are limited. Aside from that all was great.

The room style was super cute, cozy bread and breakfast style. It was clean, staff was nice. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully maintained flowers all over the build! We would stay there again!

Although the breakfast looked great, it is not what we typically eat. Was not horrible, though. The OJ was delicious!! We wanted to swim, but didn't get to because our plans changed, but there just a few leaves in the pool- to be expected though.

The property was neat and clean, the pool was very nice and well kept. The staff were all very good. The restaurant food was delicious. We also liked all of the racing memorabilia since the race track is only a few miles away.

This is very minor, but the sheets on the bed were loose and would not stay tight so they kind of bunched up while you were sleeping but aside from that everything was great. Bathroom was updated and nice and clean. The only drawback to the stay was the traffic in front of the hotel. That is no fault of the hotel but the traffic in front was like a racetrack. We stayed in room 105.

We honestly loved EVERYTHING about this hotel stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back! Everything was clean. Loved the remodel of the bathroom. Super hot water throughout all showers, never ran out! Loved the pillows, even asked if they were for sale, they were so comfortable. We checked in late in the evening and Sergio was AMAZING - super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Got us checked in right away! Will definitely be back!

It is a beautiful property comparable to a resort. The place is very clean and oh the flower! The flowers are spectacular. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the views were splendid. I was really impressed by the employees who were kind and acted like they loved their jobs. I highly recommend this place. I loved it.
