The room was very clean. The bed itself was comfortable. The mini-fridge worked. The hallways and common areas were clean, as was the parking lot. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare. We liked the tall stools and table because it is hard for my husband to sit at a standard height table.

The sheets! The sheets needed to be replaced. They were so worn that there were "pills" all over them making them feel terrible. The luggage carts are very small so we had to make 3 trips to/from the car. There was no flavored creamer which was a disappointment for my husband. However the coffee was good. The charging ports on the bedside lamps did not work.

Room very functional and bathroom modern. Breakfast excellent. Not every choice under the sun but changed a bit each day, good and tasty. Location between Sebring centre and Racetrack. Our room at back of hotel overlooking pool so extremely quiet, but as hotel is set back in grounds I think all rooms would be ok. Pool warm and very clean. Hot Coffee available in lobby throughout day, together with fresh fruit - a lovely bonus. Staff were extremely helpful.

Check in Lady VERY Nice - Saw her about 2 years ago. I believe it was Laura - She is an extreme compliment to your brand! The lady in the morning seemed to be a little on edge. Almost seemed to have an attitude toward the person stocking the breakfast bar telling him what to do in front of patrons - but not in a polite way.

Besides the morning check out lady; - the only other non-positive was the shower. I woke up several times in the middle of the night and the shower control knob was leaking steadily - not a drip - a steady light stream of water. We did NOT take a shower before bed - in the morning I found the lever needs to be moved to a certain location to inhibit the water flow. I thought it was such a waste that all that water just literally went down the drain. I believe that should be adjusted or the cleaning staff should be taught how to turn the water knob so water doesn't leak for hours and hours. Wish the facility was a little closer to the populated portion of Sebring. We may consider Radisson for out next stay since it is closer to "town".

It was clean and roomy.

The beds are too high. I have a bad back and hips and to get into the bed of that height was difficult and caused me excessive pain. I had friends staying there too and they didn't like the height. I was alone so I couldn't use the rolling office chair as there was no one there to help me if it shifted. Lower the freaking beds so an average height person can get into them. We're not NBA players!!!!

Breakfast was really good - eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and English muffins for us! Plus served the usual cereal, oatmeal and waffles. Area was very clean and constantly restocked as food was taken. The gentleman in charge of the serving area was the best - friendly and helpful to everyone.

Requested mobility disabled room. Room did not have ADA elevated toilet or walk-in shower - only had handrails. Very unsafe for me to step into tub.

It was an ok room for the price I gotta bc I ended up booking again. Our son is in the prison up the road, so while he's incarcerated, we will be continuing to book here. I'm assuming that's a very good business strategy also, from the hotel world.

The last visit was dead ass summer and it was 🔥 as blazes, the pool was unavailable due to construction. But the construction site sure did look old also which lead me to believe that this individual franchise owner possibly can't afford the help or bc it's so dang far out in the middle of nowhere and it's hard to get it done? I'm hoping our return trip, that I just booked to see the pool finished and available for use.

Good but they should extend the time at least until 10 am.

The staff needs to be trained in being more professional. If there are two customers arriving at the same time and there are two people at the front desk, they should try to train the staff at another time and not making wait the customer. Also, they don t even look at YOUR FACE WHEN THEY TALK unless you refer to them and ask silly questions instead of focusing on the check in process. We had to come down to get batteries and then another time to get another remote control to find out at the end that the TV was broken or didn't work.

The room was clean, spacious, and nice. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The bed was quite firm. My husband loved the bed. Breakfast was very good. It was a great stay.

The elevator seemed a bit sketchy. Sometimes the car would arrive but the door wouldn't open. It would shake when it reached the 3rd floor.

Reception and cleaning staff, very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I haven't stayed in a La Quinta hotel for many years, and definitely the next time I need a hotel, I will look for a hotel from this hotel chain.

Hard Boiled Eggs were terrible! The worst I ever had! You need to make Scrambled Eggs instead! The rest of the Breakfast Bar was Okay!

First , when I was trying to sleep I heard a dog bark , a kid in the hallway, & at 4:00am in the morning the ice machine was so loud because someone was filling up 3 containers I could hear it like it was in my room! Also 2 men talking at 4:00am so loud . I don’t know if they were workers or guests ! No consideration for people trying to sleep at 4:00am! Ridiculous!!!!!!!
