The staff were very friendly and the location was close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle too.

The room was advertised as having a separate sitting area which we booked so we didn't have to watch TV from bed. It did not have a TV in that area, nor could you see a TV from it. Waste of money. We wouldn't have paid the extra if we knew we'd be watching TV in bed anyway.

The value and services. Also, cleanliness. The beds are great, and so is the breakfast.

The bathroom sink would stay wet, making it uncomfortable to use while trying to keep your clothes dry. Also, lighting is not great for applying makeup. Minor stuff that wouldn't stop me from returning at all. Third stay here and will be returning.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall appearance are expected of the Holiday Inn Brand; however, I was accidentally charged almost 680.00 extra by the young lady who checked us in. Thankfully, it was all taken care of promptly.

There was nothing much to not like. Great place to stay, conveniently located near the major highway, close to all venues, great breakfast, and clean rooms. It is as expected in all Holiday Inn Suites.

Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. I actually had to go yo the emergency room with kidney stones I had never been to Sebring until that day. That night is when I got sick The hospital and staff were the best.and everyone at the holiday Inn did over and beyond to help me. They came to my room several times to check on me and offer help. Thank GOD recovery from kidney stones is fast I was able to keep all of my appointments . I Found the house I wanted, so now I am soon to be a new resident of Sebring

The staff at desk has always been very nice. Especially the gentleman who checked me in. I have been there a few times and he has always been extremely friend and knowledgeable. I believe the lady who cleaned my room during my stay may have been Jennifer. And she was sweet enough to fold my personal throw blanket and place it neatly on the bed. I bring my own pillows because of neck issues and those were placed neatly with the hotel pillows. I liked it.

There's not enough luggage carts. I think there's only 2 and they were not there at ck in or ck out. Couple trips in and out. Water pressure isn't bad but would like a little more

We liked the option of the menu or all you can eat breakfast. Beds were very comfortable

We were on the first floor. Lots of noise during our stay. Don't know if it was because we were near the maintenance room. Lots of banging noise. No glasses in the room for a drink of water No bottled water.

The breakfast was really good and the lady who ran the area was super friendly, as were all the staff we encountered. This was our second stay, and we always enjoyed it!

Sebring is a beautiful town. I actually had a home built and this stay was to finish the closing on my new home so I can now move and become a permeate resident. I've always stayed with Holiday Inn express because of great service, clean rooms and the staff is very nice.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff Ramona was awesome also very friendly.

The toilets were too low, could have been higher.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nice ! No much window scenery but Denny's is right in front of it so that's nice
