Location was right off US27, value was within range of our budget, staff was EXCELLENT and very accommodating to our needs and crazy request to look at the room first before deciding to check in (we had a room in a hotel in another city that was infested with roaches) to ensure it was bug free. They are big free! The management team are doing a great job working to upgrade this property as best as they can.

Property outside is rundown and dilapidated. Still doing some work on the rooms but it wasn’t unlivable. They do need to update the blankets and the dispensers in the bathroom.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and always available.

Room could have used a better stock of toilet paper, otherwise no complaints that were the establishments fault or anything they could control or were responsible for. Nice family run business.

The room smells good and had a fresh look. It may be an older hotel, but it was renovated and it looks great.

Beds too soft. I like a nard bed. Like most hotels in Florida it had the occasional roach. But an exterminator did visit the hotel that week. They're staying on top of it.

It would be nice if they came and changed the sheets and qq

The room was huge. It's a budget hotel, but a good value with a great staff.

It's an old hotel so there's not much they can do but the bathroom is very small.
