The property was comfortable, quiet and fit our needs perfectly. We had easy access to local restaurants and to the event that we had come to attend in Land O Lakes. We checked in very late, and the staff was efficient and helpful even at midnight. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

There really was anything I didn’t like about the property. Our needs are basic and simple.

Clean, fresh room. Nice view of the lake.

This is a no-frills hotel. No pool, no internal restaurant, and nothing within walking distance. The price of the room should have been lower to compensate for that, in comparison to other hotels in the area that did provide more amenities.

The view of the lake outside my window was very nice and visible.

What I didn't like was the 100 ° temperatures, but the hotel had nothing to do with that. My room temperature and the temperature in the lobby were fine!

Great location, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. No bugs, not even a roach. Our room had a view of the lake and it was just a wonderful stay. The shower was really nice. The breakfast was delicious and hot, which you just don't see a lot anymore.

The hotel was a little pricey but I guess for what you get it works.

Modern feel with an excellent location.

Breakfast could start a little earlier in the morning, but we thoroughly enjoyed the pancake machine as well as coffee/tea made hot when needed.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, showers nice, beds and pillows were good. Shades could be darker.

Ice machine was broken and there was only available. No ice buckets. No pool. It was mayfly season, but nobody was cleaning them off the tables.

Many smart features that make a difference - extra hooks for towels in room, electric shades, snack and drink variety in lobby, pool table in lobby, nice breakfast…

Needs a pressure washing on outside of building.

The property /room was clean, the staff was polite, professional, friendly, attentive, prompt, etc.

There was a lot of noise coming from the guests. All I heard was bum bum from the guest next door. All day and night:(.

Everything it’s location the style just beautiful place.

Loved the view of the lake, clean and had a great breakfast. Room was clean and enough room for 2. Loved the shampoo and other products.

When we arrived at 11:58pm there was no one at the desk and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to greet us for checking in.
