Breakfast area was very good especially in the small area available. Little bit of everything. Lady on floor, maybe manager, awesome. Does everything she can to accommodate. And see to it you have whatever you need. Have stayed there prior, same lady same help. You are lucky to have her. Very pleasant, real worker. Unlike many you come across these days. Including a similar place a little way north of you. Across the highway.

Location was ideal, and room was spacious with 2 double beds , all employees were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had, loads of parking outside, swimming pool was great although a bit small, fresh coffee available 24/7 in reception

The lift! It is sooo slow you really need to build on contingency time to go anywhere ! The breakfast was ok but a little basic compared to other places we have stayed

The property itself was fine, location perfect, overall very clean. Everybody was nice.

I spent four nights there, and my bed was never made, sometimes bathroom not cleaned up. Excuse what personal items might have been left laying on the bathroom counter or on the bed, which was not the case. There was some kind of mixup with housekeeping. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was very clean each day of our stay and all of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a good size. We had a room with two queen beds, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. The bathroom had Dove Hand Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Body Lotion. The breakfast was great - they had hot breakfast available - even on weekdays as well as cereals and yogurt. And the hotel is close to great restaurants, shopping, Weeki Watchee state park, and much more!

My only wish was that there was one trash can that was larger than the others in the room. We had leftovers we reheated and the smaller trash cans were just big enough. Housekeeping came every day so there was no overflow but if I had to give one change this would be it.

Rooms were spacious. We were given towels upon request. Breakfast was hot. Location of the hotel was good. Water was hot in the shower.

Side door was broken and only worked every once in a while. Room had a terrible odor our entire stay. We had to buy an air freshener. I wish these hotels had a better towel or rug for the bathroom/shower, that floor gets so slippery and hurts when you fall. With no exhaust fan, the condensation from the steam makes It slippery too.

I believe it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.. and I have done a lot of traveling. The whole staff from the manager Beth. To the house cleaning crew were very friendly and customer oriented. And wow what a great complimentary breakfast. The whole staff deserves an award for their customer service!!!!

Heather at the front desk was more than hospitable and accommodating! The hotel was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at, and the breakfast was hot and excellent. Thank you to all the staff we interacted with for being absolutely lovely. This is our new 'home away from home" when we visit our grands!

The hotel is very nice! It's in a good location. The parking is okay. Breakfast wasn't bad, great options but almost bland it could use seasonings.

The elevator. It was very slow, took forever for doors to close and start moving. And the toilet paper, they need better quality.

I am a light breakfast eater, but the variety of breakfast food was great. There were a wide range of choices. the staff was a delight, helpful, and polite.

Honestly there wasn't anything I could complain about. In fact I ended up staying 2 more days then expected due to a family member in hospital and the staff was kind enough to let me stay in my same room. The day I checked out I called that early evening to the main Reservations for Holiday Inn Express. I was told no rooms available. So I called the Holiday Inn direct number in Spring Hill and explained re my family member critical situation and they found me a room there! It was a blessing!

This was our second stay at this hotel while on vacation from England. We love Springhill and Hudson. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely every day. Thank you Charmaine, it was good to see you again😁 All in all a great stay in a perfectly located hotel with everything you need to enhance your stay
