Traveled to Hudson FL for work and unexpectedly decided to go as a family and spend a few days there. Booked our stay at this hotel on our way there and it exceeded our expectations, we had a spectacular time there! Loved the Golf place next door and visited it twice, it was hard to get the kids our of the pool and hot tub, breakfast was absolutely great and everything offered was of best brands and great quality, we loooved that hot beverages were available 24/7!!!!!! And cookies served at 6pm every week day were an icing on the cake. We'd come back here in a beat for another vacation!

1st day down to breakfast at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, both thermos of regular coffee empty and one single plate for breakfast. Was told that it was a bacon morning and they only had one person working. Waited almost 10 minutes for coffee. Not a big deal but we were on a schedule and having coffee ready is a basic for hotels offering breakfast.

This hotel was in a good location and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great! I had to run an errand the morning after our stay and had asked the lady doing breakfast how long they served breakfast thinking I might not make it back. That lady offered to make me a plate if I got back after they finished serving. That was extremely nice.

Breakfast was great, nice selection. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillows; slept very well. Shower had two shower heads, surprising update. Loved the window treatment, nice privacy without darkening the room. I may look for one like that for myself. Location close to a mini- golf. We were there for just one night, but someone else may take advantage of that. Will recommend and come again.

All of it was super clean and beds are so perfect pillows are fluffy. TV ,refrigerator for the drinks to stay cold cold ac pool super clean hot tub too. Breakfast everyday always hot coffee and cookies,fresh fruit in a bowl everyone in the place has a smile on.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, room was very clean, pool area clean and in good repair. I left a personal item which staff held for me and shipped promptly with my prepaid label.

Walls and floors are thin. Every morning I woke up because of the walking around and playing of people above me and could hear the people talking outdoors at the pool in my room.

Breakfast, all day coffee, smart staff, clean, washer dryer.

Other guests sometimes too loud. Sound passing through their door into the hallway. Sounded like a gathering of hyena! Hotel should have signs on the front desk and in the rooms explaining common manners, respect and decent behavior. Sort of tips and advise for the undereducated explaining how to be respectful to other customers and staff. Everyone staying there should be insured of a peaceful rest. We drove 11 hours straight and felt disturbed by parties in other rooms

The property room itself was clean but hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The tub had rust in it and there was no tv remote in the room. Elevator had sticky floors

There was great hospitality, good breakfast, they even gave out free cookies on the weekend!

Nothing, this is one of the cleanest, friendliests holidaybinn expresses I have ever stayed in.
