The location was perfect for the medical items we were in town for; just a couple of minutes from the hotel. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We had a couple of bumps in our travel and they were quite accommodating. The price was very reasonable and lower than similar properties in the area yet the quality was there. Everything was very clean and attractive. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. Who else does omelets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy? Most hotels like this have cold cereals and generic muffins.

We have no complaints about our stay here.

Anthony at the front desk was so helpful and kind especially on a day when I really needed that! Malita is amazing as she the breakfast area sparkling clean and foods looking like a magazine! A janitor even stopped and got the door and held it open for me! It’s really clean here and I can truly appreciate it! I would definitely stay here again! It’s really nice! Thank you for a wonderful FIRST experience at IHG, so I’m glad it was at Trinity. The bar is set high now! ;)

It was beautiful!

The breakfast had so many options available for everyone. It was hot and stocked and the staff were constantly walking around checking things.

The pool towels weren't even regular sized towels. It was like an extended hand towel. They don't cover your whole body. I didn't expect beach towels, but my daughter had to wrap 2 around her just to cover herself after the pool, and she's 11 she's not a large child.

It was absolutely awesome perfect right down from getting off the elevator and smelling the lovely deodorizer that filled the hallways was so positive and fresh

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was having to leave and check out. I tried to extend another day and they told me they were going to have to move me out of that room into another, which then gave me the decision to just leave altogether.

The pool area and outside amenities were relaxing and yet function-able. Bbq for all to use, hammocks to relax , and the fire pit.

Just that we couldn’t stay longer!

Clean rooms, great breakfast and amenities, reasonably priced.

Guests in a room across the hall constantly drunk and arguing and slamming doors. Some teenage kids were running through the halls all hours of the night. And banging on doors and windows.

Location and comfort

The loud church band that played in the conference room during breakfast and when we were checking out. There was a small group outside on the back patio very loud after 1 AM.

Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

Elevator overheated and had to be shut down on first night. I am disabled so could not get down from third floor. No comfortable chairs for sitting inside the room.
