Very clean room, comfy bed, convenient parking, very quiet even though it was on a busy street. There were plenty of food options in the area. It was very convenient to the hospital I was visiting.

On check in I was told my VISA debit card wasn't accepted. I explained it was the same card I reserved the room with on Booking.com. The clerk said it is included on the hotel's "additional information", although I was never able to locate that. I explained that if my card was not accepted then there was a problem. I do not have a credit card, and did not carry enough cash to pay. The clerk was nice enough to call the owners and was given permission to accept my card & check me in. I expressed my appreciation, and the room I was assigned was very pleasant. In the future, if a debit card is not acceptable, it should be clearly marked on both Booking.com AND the hotel website.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Did not have any interaction with staff outside of check in, as my aunt, granddaughter and I were only there overnight. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Only issue I had was one of my own making--I was looking for a different hotel when I was booking. It used to be called Tarpon Inn. It was one we had stayed at in the past, and I always got the name mixed up lol. But this was a great "mistake' to make. I was really happy with the hotel.

Only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't walk outside of our room without smelling pot. I don't know if it was somebody in another room, or a worker, or somebody in one of the neighboring houses.

A bit dated, but very clean, we like supporting local hotels. Great location! We had a second floor and staff was quick to change us, as my friend, just had back surgery and we didn't think about the stairs when booking, very nice of Richard to accommodate Thank you! Marty was very informative to send us to the local spots to enjoy. And Theresa (housekeeping) was very friendly and professional. Only complaint was air conditioner, but they were aware it was a bit loud, we heard only our room, LOL. Thank you, Tarpon Shores Inn, we will see you again.

It is a motel -- along a busy highway. It is not a resort destination, but was close to food and shopping and the location I needed. Staff was very friendly -- pool was warm and clean (even if it is next to the highway). Some garbage on grounds. Some person decided to park under a tree but NOT in parking place (rules don't apply, I guess). Found one cockroach -- but room was clean overall. A/C unit is very noisy but worked well.

Overflowing trash cans near pool area (guests brought out room trash). Need more plugs for computer, phone charger.

Room was exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable, The hotel was conveniently located near popular eating facilities and grocery stores. (My favorite "Walmart") Fred Howard Park and Beach, the Sponge Market, great Greek restaurants. This location will definitely be my "Go To " hotel for continuous vacations and quick "get away escapes".

More coffee available in room rather than two packs, water pressure was very low in shower, light over kitchen sink did not work. I may have over looked all the amenities however, it would be nice to have a well stocked snack machine on property.

That when I asked for room service the HK lady Thereasa never made our beds nor cleaned our room left me to make our own beds and they had to call someone off clock to come finish my requested room service she never brought me my towels the asked to come in HK Keeper brought all that rooms were needed when someone turned in allvtheirbstuff Spanish lady forgot to comecback n service my room

This place beats the sterile Hiltons and Marriotts hands down! Family owned and operated older but comfortable building. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Our room was large (sitting area and bed area), well-equipped (shower AND bath, microwave, fridge/freezer, good mattress, carpet). There is a pool and jacuzzi, too. We asked to move to the back because our first room was facing noisy highway 19 and they did it for us! LOVELY PEOPLE.

Older hotel needs upgrades

It is clean and well-maintained. They have a very nice pool and the location is great for traveling around the area. Even tho it is on the busy US19, it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

There were 2 minor issues. One was the hairdryer, the other the coffee maker.

This was my first trip to the West Coast of Florida. My boyfriend and his family live in Tarpon Springs. The property was clean and conveniently located to travel to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater. All the amenities at the hotel were clean and satisfactory. The staff are friendly people and very accommodating to needs of guests.

I have no dislikes at all.
