The location of the hotel was great as we had some walkable options to get food and snacks. Also, the distance between the hotel and airport was a good compromise for the value of our stay. The staff was kind and friendly.

When I contacted the hotel at the time of the booking, I have asked about a shuttle for our 5:55am flight and I was told that it would not be a problem to leave around 4:00am. When we arrived and booked our shuttle, we were told the first one available was at 5:15am, which we then had to book a plan B to get to the airport.

The staff at Country Inn & Suites 0- Radisson North go out of their way to ensure ALL of the guests needs are met. We needed an extra blanket, we got the extra blanket. We needed extra pillows we got extra pillows, we need more towels, face cloths, coffee, sugar, creamer, cups, we got everything we needed and quicky. You must stay here, the staff make it a home away from home!

Wish we could have had housekeeping everyday, but realize it is not realistic in today's world, but we made due with what we had.

Staff was veryy good and I like the location. This is the second time I have stayed during a hurricane. Will probably stay again.. room was very clean.

My room 316 was musty smelling and had a damp feel to it. My bed felt damp, I hung my night gown on the door in the bathroom and it was damp when I went to put it on. Had to sleep in blouse and shorts. People in room above me had a child who was running back and forth in the room and dropping what sound like golf balls on the floor and in the bathroom, Room needs to have the products that get rid od the musty smell.

The breakfast was convenient, and the room was clean and spacious for three people. The front desk staff for check-in and check-out were super friendly. My sister got ill and the front desk staff was empathetic and concerned about her well-being.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle was of no use to us. We tried calling the hotel when we arrived at the airport to get clarity but there was no answer. We ended up catching a Lyft. They offered a ride to the cruise port, but we decided the fee was greater than what we would pay with alternative transportation.

The staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfst was good with agood number of selections.

Only two areas which were subpar: the toilet seat was loose on one side with a stripped fastener which could not be tightened; the shower handle controlling the hot water was faulty. It took a lot of "playing with" to find the spot where hot water flowed. Our first showers were completely cold.

It was just a nice place for the night to stay plus was a crossed from wawa

The shuttle services was terrible. The dispatcher was rude and yelled at us very unprofessional. The driver was nice who picked us up at the airport. But the dispatch person name of John John was not so good. I am an ITA and will not recommend the hotel if he still drives. 5 different people in our car had problems with him. The driver Jose was the best driver in their company, everyone liked him, he was very helpful.

I stay in hotels very frequently and this check in was by far the easiest and kindest. As soon as you walk in the lobby you can tell it's clean and everything smells fresh. The attendant was very professional and polite. Room was modern and comfortable.

Noise can travel easy in the hallway, but I didn't hear much in the actual room over the air conditioning unit ect. ( Fourth floor) Overall not really a complaint

The room was clean, the location was good (loved that WaWa was across the street and Barbecue places were in walking distance) and very clean area for breakfast.

I read the reviews and it is true that staff will not let you register/get your room before 3:00pm. They did store our luggage while we took an uber to eat lunch, but we had been traveling from OH to FL since 6:15 am! And I believe rooms were available. I have never been to a hotel and was told I cannot at least check-in even if a room isn't ready.

Very nice and clean

Shuttle the lady was very rude. Told me I should get a different hotel one that was closer to the pie airport bc you do not have a shuttle for there. Why would i stay somewhere else when already paid for this hotel. She could have just said we do not service that airport you will have to take taxi. Also we got to the hotel I could hear a lot of customers where upset with her. And they was at the Tampa international airport. I could hear this from the people at the front desk. Breakfast was great. Multiple options available. Coffee, juices and more. Room was standard size room but very nice. Little expensive but probably because it's so close to the airport. The only thing that could have been better was the comfort of the bed. (It was a little hard) Pillows were great though..

Bed was hard. Other than that everything was great.
