The waffles were very good. We liked the location. It was in between two locations that we wanted to see. There were restaurants close by that we could walk to. It was close to the expressway, so it was easy to get in and out from the property. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Did not like the scrambled eggs or the egg omelette like cakes. The hotel needs a hot tub. After a long day out and about, it would have been nice to sit in a hot tub and relax.

The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable.

I understand that room cleaning has been cut back, but it would have been nice to have a second bar of soap, one for the sink and one for the shower. Also, I had requested a room near the elevator and received an email confirmation that my request would be fulfilled. Upon arrival, my room was the furthest possible from the elevator! Due to the health concerns that caused me to make the request, I chose not to gather my belongings, travel back down to the front desk, wait for them to find an appropriate room (if even available), and then make the trek to a new room. It would also be nice to have a few more health and beauty items available for travelers in the on-site snack area.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they provided everything we needed for our stay.

The free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but it was adequate.

Property was clean, quiet, nice, overall it was great

The only minor thing was there wasn’t any conditioner in the bathroom shower, I didn’t notice until after I shampooed my hair.

We were basically visiting relative in assisted living in Plant City so most of our time was to meet her needs.

Hampton inn always delivers a good product.

The hotel is too close to the local landfill and the air outside is a bit stinky.

Breakfast foods were good. Would have liked to see more of a variation of meats. Maybe some bacon added into the menu.

There wasn't anything that wasn't liked.

A big roach in our room the first night and the refrigerator did not stay very cold.
