Rooms were not well appointed - no Kleenex, paper towels, hair dryer, etc. Very bare bones appearance and a/c did not work properly. Staff was very nice. Morning on the go breakfast was good but the hard boiled eggs were bad.

Dirty carpeting. No coffee maker or cups in room.

Everyone was friendly!

There were no kitchen supplies, seems if you are paying for a kitchenette that it would come with plates, cups, silverware and coffee pot.

Check in was fast and pleasant. The room was large, clean, and had a full fridge and kitchenette. The water pressure and temperature were perfect, and the bed was super comfortable. Location was awesome, I was about 5-10 minutes tops from Busch Gardens, which was very convenient. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Workout and laundry facilities were available, though I didn't stay long enough to need them this time. I felt safe in this location as a single female out of state traveler. I will definitely stay here again!

The shower door kept sliding open while I was taking a shower, but it wasn't really that big of an issue.

The front desk lady was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The best thing was the hot water in the shower after walking all day.

There were spiders in the bathroom, and 3 of 4 bath towels had black curly hairs in the fibers.

Very few eating choices anywhere near this location. Had to travel at least 2-3 miles to locate food establishments

Breakfast, Was hoping for more than vending machine packaged foods. We did not choose to eat based on this.

Extremely clean. Even the shower drain was spotless. Firm but comfortable bed; good pillows. Everything worked as it’s supposed to. I was in room 409 & appreciated being able to see my car out the window as I’m unfamiliar with this area. Hallways remained quiet throughout my stay.

No kettle or coffee maker provided in room, but you can request them and other kitchen items (likely an additional fee). No ice cube trays or cold water dispenser. No safe in the room. Toilet kinda funky if you need to poo because it’s a low-flow one and your offering sits right on the porcelain below your bum, not under water. Front door oddly nondescript - I circled the building a couple times looking for the entrance and even wondered if I was at a satellite building because my gps directions indicated the building was slightly further down the street.

I looooooooooove how clean this location always is. The pets are a minimum, and even when they are there, there aren't feces everywhere, like multiple of the other properties. This one is always clean, friendly staff, great and reasonable breakfast, and I looooooooooove the sheets and wall ac unit control. Annnnnd I looooooooooove Ms Jackee at the front

The rolling chair, I've fallen twice. Lol it's user error while putting on shoes. It's really not bad, again user error. Everything is always wonderful

Breakfast could be better restocking items not exactly kept up with. I understand residents and ppl can abuse system which effects others who dont. Overall pleasantly surprised since I read some horrible reviews it was not my experience. I found staff professional units clean and overall building noise minimal. I will definitely return. Full frig and ability to cook stove top and microwave meals a BIG Plus.

I have a dog and found owners didn't pickup after there dogs ..shame mngmt might need to keep up with rude dog owners.

I liked that it was clean. The room was large enough for us traveling with our handicapped mother. The staff was super friendly. They were very welcoming.

The room got increadably warm the night we stayed there. The front desk staff said it has an eco setting, and if it doesn't detect movement for so long, it turns off. It was a warmer evening, and our room was sticky and 75 all night. The husband was up and moving several times through the night, and it still continued to be extremely warm. The very nice lady at the front desk did say she would have maintainance look at it. Other then this issue it was a extremely pleasant stay.

Convenient location for where we needed to be. Clean facilities, courteous staff.

The water feels a bit soft, almost slimy taking a shower.
