Location of hotel was a plus for us. The hotel was not crowded, enabling us to check in & out easily. The complementary breakfast was not terrible, better than expected, especially the coffee.

I suggest updating the furnishings in the room, provide dedicated charging stations for cell phones & ipads. Provide a in-room safe deposit box.

Room was great. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast had nice assortment of food to pick from and was very delicious. Staff is short, sweet, and to the point. They don't waste your time. They get you situated and send you on your way.

Only complaint I had with the room was the AC unit. It didn't always turn off when I hit the button. Had to press it a few times. Because of the location, there isn't much to see if you want to walk around and outside the area to adventure a little.

they could improve on making sure the rooms are 100 percent ready for the next customer ..example there was a light burnt out in the bathroom , the plunger in the bathroom sink was stuck shut therefore no water could go down and the refrigerator was not cooling…the staff was very attentive in fixing the issues once we told them but I would say take more attention to detail in the rooms ..

The shower needs to be more powerful and I like a held shower head (moveable) But apart from that it was great

there were 3 of us in a king bed and pull out couch room. When we pulled out the couch, the bed came out to the wall which prevented the people sleeping in the king size bed from access to the bathroom during the night. we slept three in the king bed.

Location was good. Comfort and quiet good. Staff was good most of the time. We were given a small credit for an inconvenience that I mention below.

The water was shut off on Wednesday afternoon just as I was about to shower. The facility new that was going to happen but did not notify guests. When I asked the front desk the reply was sorry I was just told. I later asked the manager he said they scheduled it on the slowest day and time and didnot notify any guest that were there because he didn't feel it necessary. Also took over 10 minutes because the desk clerk didn't know how to process our file. this was the same clerk that was unaware of the water shut off.

The early fire alarm testing at 8am. Thank god we were up already for breakfast.

I liked the breakfast as it seem to cover all the bases. It was good to see fresh fruit available and choices for people on special diets like keto. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean.

The beds may have been just a tiny bit too soft, but they were still comfortable and the pillows were perfect for me. The refrigerator could be colder and I don’t understand the two buttons for the settings.

Anne who checked me in was absolutely fantastic and helpful, the room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Close to Hard Rock where I was going for a concert.
