Quality Inn exceeded my expectations. I booked without reading the reviews and was wowed when I reached. From reception to my room to the staff at breakfast. Definitely worth the price and will be visiting again.

The night before I checked out I had like a sinus bug. Requested housekeeping to change my sheets from being reinfected and was told they don’t come to requested rooms on Sundays while I saw so many housekeepers serving and cleaning rooms.

We did not have a car, and this is a place that has an indoor/outdoor restaurant & bar with entertainment some nights. It's very serene and laid back. We were here for a leisurely weekend after two weeks of business travel. Very clean and the staff was very nice. We loved the head bartender Bryan, who was very attentive to everyone who sat at the bar. Also, Laz at the outside patio bar. Rates were very reasonable. Plus, a clean outdoor heated pool with lounge chairs and towels provided. We didn't have to leave the place for anything. Daily breakfast was good.

We liked it all. No complaints.

check in was easy, no haggling, overtalking and he was friendly. sometimes customers want to just check in and rest. i didn't realize that i had been here before but there was a lounge downstairs. they were playing music when we pulled in to the parking lot, nothing abrasive, but it could be heard. At night it turns into an R&B spot. Very controlled environment, no loitering and hanging out in the parking lot, either you were in the lounge or going into the hotel. because of the lounge there was very limited parking. There should be dedicated space for the hotel guest because they give you a parking placard for your dash. We came in from the casino around 2am, which was 7 minutes away and had to circle the parking lot-but not very long. But was forced to park in the back.

Breakfast good and the location is 👍

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was great and I love the court yard and pool area. I love the way it look and how comfortable it was. The staff was great and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I believe that they can do a better job in what they can offer to have breakfast. I am sure that a lot of people when they think about breakfast, they think about eggs and some type of meat. That would have made the breakfast much better. This is the second time I stay at this hotel but nothing has changed from the first time when it come up to the breakfast.

Much nicer, much larger hotel than I expected. Great location, easy free parking. Hotel has a very large pool, waterfall, outdoor/ poolside bar, and large Latin themed restaurant. Lobby is bright, airy, and inviting. Rooms are just fine (keeping in mind it's Quality Inn and not the Ritz Carlton). Very clean rooms, fresh.

Everything was fine, and better than expectations.

The best quality inn I've ever stayed at as far as looks go. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the pool was great & clean, staff was nice & the location isn't too far from a lot of activities in the city & its affordable

They have a restaurant connected to the hotel I didn't eat there so I'm not rating it but it brought in a HUGE crowd on Saturday night that parking wasn't available & I only wanted to go back to my room Breakfast at the hotel was eh for me. I love hotel waffles but mine came out raw so it was a turn off. I also thought there would be bacon sausage eggs things like that but it wasn't.. not a problem, I just thought different

The entire experience was amazing. We really like what they did to the lobby. It is beautiful. The grounds were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. It was an upgrade. The pool area was also very nice. There is a waterfall in it and am outside bar (even though it wasn't open when we stayed here). Just a very nice stay overall. We would definitely stay here again!!

The room was descent, a bit pricey but staff was courteous.

Club or restaurant on the premises allowed for those patrons to park in guest spots. I had to literally walk all the way around the parking lot and building to get to my room. Then those people hung out in the parking lot all night, drinking, talking loud and playing loud music. Not very relaxing.

I just want to thank Rose for always being kind with a smile on her face and making sure everything worked out for me and my kids. A bigger shout out to Amy for doing such exceptional work and by satisfying all our needs whenever it was needed. We have so many conversations, and I just love how welcoming she is. Amy and Rose, yall are the best, and keep being a loving, caring woman yall are.
