This property was a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience earlier. We arrived in Tampa and had reservations at another hotel only to find the cleanliness there absolutely deplorable and was left with no choice but to find a different hotel. We found this hotel and everything about this hotel exceeded our needs and expectations

Breakfast was really good and the locations was great is around everything, all the restaurants all the shopping centers and ect, I will recommend anyone to stay there thank you to the staff and the cleaning group they did a awesome job.

Very friendly and accommodating staff - easy access - Bistro food was good.

Only one elevator. Makes getting to and from rooms more difficult as staff are also using the elevator.

Spacious, comfy, great location and staff.

Our room didn't have a balcony or microwave, and no breakfast. Their bistro and snack counter was a little expensive, we ate out.

It was very clean and even though the outside of the hotel doesn’t look fancy, the inside was very nice as soon as you walk in.

I liked the bed. I liked the bathroom space and the television space.

I didn’t like my room, I booked a room with balcony and I didn’t get it. The overnight front desk person was very rude about the situation. She wanted to refund me my money at 11:00 pm at night instead of trying to help me.

The parking….not too bad! im just lazy and i don’t like parking far away from the door🤷🏽‍♀️
