Location to the Sportsplex was ideal. Like a home away from home and the amazing staff went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable. From the early week complimentary food/drink happy hour to the provided smores around the patios fire pits it was very welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and besides being comfortable and functional it was also very soundproof which is amazing!

The pool was often closed in the middle of the day for maintenance and even when open the water wasn’t super clear. Whirlpool spa was just a small pool as jets and heater were not working.

The breakfast bar is wonderful. The woman that prepares and puts it out is as nice as can be. They not only provide you with breakfast three nights a week they have a “social” for the guests from 5:30 to 7:00 providing, beer, wine soft drinks and food! The rooms are 424sq feet and contain a small but very useful kitchen. They also allow dogs with no size limit (we have 2 Labs). Everyone here is extremely kind.

Not much! The only area I see the could use a change is maybe a small oven instead of a dishwasher. That would be great for long time guests like we will be. We have extended our stay while home that was lost in hurricane Helene or rebuilt.

Breakfast should have been more variety to choose from. lactose free products would have been good .and dairy products was bad for my stomach.

The out door pool was so bad. Very uncleaned. We saw a frog swimming in the pool. We came with our swimming gear but was not able to use the pool. We was so disappointed of the state of the pool.

Everything very nice please make you feel at home kid friendly good breakfast good location very clean. The stairs are very nice. It’s a 10 out of 10.

Outside the potholes I did catch a flat tire, but I know that’s the city problem but all in all very good place to stay I love everything about the hotel. Not really have nothing bad to say about it all and I’ll 10 out of 10 Very Good Pl. and location.

The room was nice and clean. Hotel was more than expected. Breakfast was good. There’s a mall about 10 min away and the Florida aquarium was about 15 min drive. I’d say it’s a good location. Would stay again.

The A/C unit was liking water in to the room carpet and it was getting to the furniture the smell was horrible but the staff couldn't do to much because the hotel was full...

The hotel is super clean, pleasant, and highly recommended. I would like to commend Mrs. Lolita for her outstanding customer service – truly spectacular!

Clean room with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly.

There was no hand soap in the room by the sinks, we had to use the body wash from the shower. The breakfast was ok but could have been better. There was no ice water available.

Property was functional and clean.

There were lots of items that needed repair / maintenance, light switches, doors etc..
