We vacated here for Hurricane Milton. It is Dog friendly which we and so many other people needed. The staff was Extremely busy but still tried to accommodate everyone's needs They did a great job through ti's nightmare. We lost power so we had to leave early. They credited us back for those days. Room was clean and is a Great location for anyone going to an event at the fairgrounds

The reviews are unfair on this hotel. My room and the hotel were very clean. Yes everything is dated. However, everything was exceptionally clean. Staff was wonderful. Quick and effortless check in. Location was Ideal! You can simply just walk to Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheater and fairgrounds. Right off I-4 too. The room was great. Air condition worked. beds were comfortable. It wasn’t noisy. Car was fine. And again ideal for fairgrounds.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The parking lot is incredibly well lit. And the back door locked. The place was secure. Reviews complain about being dated. so what. Wasn’t built yesterday and it’s not meant to be a mini Four Seasons.

Cand Roy, the front desk clerk. His personality was pleasant, kind and polite. His attitude was energetic and he was very efficient with the paperwork. His knowledge of the amenities and of the property was quick and helpful. The staff did an excellent job of having everything in order and breakfast was delicious. Thank you.

Breakfast was not bad though. They had waffles and coffee, juice, yogurt and bagels, oatmeal and boiled eggs. But because of the location and the free breakfast also, the room was clean and was one of the least expensive hotels. I give it an overall 8

1 person at the desk at 3pm check in. There was a line all the way to the back of the room and it took 40mins to get severed. The rooms were antiquate but dated. That bathtub was hordenines. Mold, patched. Just nasty. Found towels and soap and 1 shampoo just tossed to the bottom of the tub. My wife said it was the worst we have ever stayed but I reminded her of a room we had in Kuwait.

Location and price not sure if u do any special rates for repeat customer that visit your property more then one a month I stay out there 2-3 even 4 time month for work

The room is very nice. The only complaint I have mostly was the TV was very small in our room nowadays 55 inch is the standard just like all the other hotels and head up on the wall not on the dresser, a 41 inches if that.

Convince to location

We were in room 210 on Friday night the person in 208 had like a surround sound that played all night which sounded like thunder. On Saturday evening we called Down-to let them know and nothing was done. If u have someone living do not put vacationing guests next to them it was rude

Room good,, breakfast could use some bananas, oj was very watered down. Muffins would be a plus.bed was comfortable.

It didn’t have a sign to see it from the road /hwy and it was crowd no parking spots really available on the first stay or two

Location, location, location!

Having stayed here many times over the years, this was the first time the pool was locked closed in the evening. THAT was very upsetting after walking to and from an outdoor concert ~ we looked forward to cooling down in the pool like we have many times in the past.
