Hotel is a good price for what you are staying in, which was about 120 a night at the time, vs the 300 other places wanted for similar or smaller rooms. Check-in was simple enough, although I didn't know about the extra "fee" I was charged when Booking.com said all fees were included. What exactly was the extra $8 for?? I'm already paying to stay there and didn't get anything extra. The little garden and spanish flair is obviously cute, there's a pool next to it if you want. The loft room is great for a little extra room and extra half bathroom if you don't mind stairs. Seemed clean, bed was comfortable and sleeps well, plenty of very hot water, which is important to me, and very cold A/C. Didn't have any problems parking any time. Plenty of shopping and food within 10-15 minutes, from McDonalds to Hard Rock Cafe, and many local places. Very big mall and some strip malls nearby as well. Starbucks in walking distance. Roads right around the hotel are not very busy even for 8 lanes, but venture just a little farther and get ready for a lot of traffic. We didn't spend much time there because the area has plenty to explore for many tastes, which for us included a horror themed bar and restaurant, and comic/toy and pop culture stores, as well as a concert at the arena about 15 minutes away.

Pictures shown of the loft rooms are definitely either old or of their most up kept one. The rooms are aging, so expect that. Kitchen is bare bones with nothing to cook on or eat with, so bring your own utensils and cookware if you planned on eating in at all. Also keep in mind, as pictured, the fridge is just big enough for basically some drinks or some small things. Room, although cleaned, kind of had a funky smell downstairs, but not overpowering, I just sprayed some body spray around to cover it. Toilets are a little weird and don't flush right, I think one of those water saving ones? The breakfast was EXTREMELY busy, to the point we just went to buy breakfast. People really take advantage of the free food, so be ready for a wait.

The stay was completely fine until I went to get my deposit. I was charged 40.00 for the staff said we smoked in our room. We didn't smoke on our room at all so I was disappointed with there decision. WE DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. I WILL NEVER STAY A THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I didn't like the staff projecting false accusations that cost me 40.00. These accusations are totally false. I still had to pay which was totally unfounded. We had our room below the housekeeping and maintenance staff area where there smoking constantly. So if I opened the patio door the smoke would enter our room. So AGAIN NO ONE WITH ME SMOKED IN THE ROOM . IT TOTALLY RUINED AN OTHER WISE GOOD TRIP

The comforter deserves a shoutout of its own — thick, plush, and cloud-soft, it made climbing into bed feel like slipping into a dream. I slept like I hadn’t in months. That said, not everything was perfect. The kitchen light didn’t work, which dimmed the convenience of the space. A small fix, but worth noting. Overall, Clarion Pointe gave me a serene getaway with moments of unexpected luxury. With just a bit of maintenance attention, this place could shine as brightly as its sunsets. 🌅✨

The property is wonderful! Loved the overall appearance. It's clean, well kept and always smells great. Breakfast was nice. I just wish it was a bit more extensive. It consists of waffles which I love! They also have yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels and juices. Overall I was satisfied! The staff is friendly. It's quiet. Love the little mini mart in the lobby. Each room has a microwave and small refrigerator which is always a plus. Rooms are spacious and furnished for comfort.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much, but it was clean, freshly renovated, and quote comfortable.... and I'm pretty picky. The room was spacious, a D the bathroom felt new (although housekeeping could do a better job resetting the room - there was a washcloth left in the shower, and the sink area needed to be wiped down again). The decor is quite sterile, and could use some color/ personality, and the bed side light bulbs need to be softer. The pool area while small, was clean and had charm! We would definitely stay there again!

This place is beautiful to the eyes and very quiet.. Pool area has fresh towels and the patio by the pond has a grill and over looks the pond with baby gators which keeps the kids quiet and entertained. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay.. It would have been better if they kept it stocked after each guest because u have a select few that will come wipe everything out and leave others with nothing to choose from.

I didn't like the smell of pot everywhere and the needles I found outside my room.. However once I told front desk he immediately took care of them and licked them up and disposed of them. Also the housekeepers came into my room and took my personal towels even tho they replaced them we ended up going to the beach without our beach towels..

The property is so cute. It’s tucked away from any major roads but still have quick access to all the near by places. The fountain area in the back was gorgeous! The staff was super friendly and nice. The room was incredible and it was a type of room I had never seen before.

Obviously, the hotel is a little older, and there was a few things that could be upgraded in the rooms/hall way. But it added that old charm to it.

Location was perfect and close to everything we needed, which made grabbing a uber quick and easy. Food locations were less then a 5 minute drive and other attractions were within 20 minutes, but nice to come back to cause it was quite and homey. Staff was amazing and friendly, ensuring our stay was great. The interoir design of the room was nothing like I have seen before, we had a loft suite which made it perfect and fun for my girls. Everything was clean and comfortable and added to use place for our weekend getaways to Tampa

The landscaping was very beautiful and it was very peaceful not a lot of people around. It was less than a mile away from the fairgrounds and 2 miles away from the casino was nice cause it was peaceful .

There was a few things that needed to be fixed, but overall it’s a great value if you wanna stay close to the casino or fairgrounds

The only thing we didn’t like and were bummed about was the pool very green and nobody was swimming in it. Definitely needed a good cleaning . Also we did not like how there were no elevators it was all stairs but other than that was great !
