We had a graduation. The Sheraton provided a delicious buffet lunch for our group.
The Sheraton could have allowed me to have our group rate for my original room as well as for the additional room that I I rented for my grandchildren who live in the area. I paid $209.00 for my original room and $158.00 for my grandchildren’s’ room. Our group rate was $139.00

Everything else was ok besides the restaurant
It should be stated clearly the hours of the restaurant and anticipate longer time waiting for food because I waited over an 1hr for my food to come. The rooms also could use a microwave.

The way the hotel is set up is unique. I loved the balcony. There is a lobby bar with live music, on certain nights of the week and the food was great.
There is no microwave in the rooms but they have one in the vending area.

Beautiful hotel and pleasant staff
communication on times shuttle to casino is available. Got stuck at casino without a ride at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was beautiful. We were a little confused, we did think it was a bit closer to Downtown, the website was a bit vague on that. Everything else was great!!!
The website could have been clearer as to the distance from Downtown Tampa.

I couldn't find handicap parking. The elevators was too far from the room.

Our first room smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet.
