The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, all around a nice place to rest and unwind.

We could hear everything from people in the hall (staff, other visitors) to the room next door (talking, coughing, almost any movement). There's only so much that can be done in a hotel with so many people, but it did make it hard to sleep and rest at times.

The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. Although the food was too expensive, it was ridiculous. Not to mention just a bottled soda out of the little machine. It was almost 5 dollars. That’s ridiculous not to mention that we had to pay a $10 parking fee. The only live 52 minutes away. We were there for the John Edwards event. Not to mention we didn’t even stay the whole night. We laugh about 12 AM and we arrive there it 3:30 PM checked out at 12 AM we didn’t stay the whole time not to mention we had to put a $60 deposit down on the room as well. I thought that was ridiculous so having to put a deposit of $60 on the room plus a $10 parking fee was

That was here was nice. The roads were nice like staying on the ninth floor. We also like the fact of having to have a key to get on the elevator to go up I need to 84s. They made us feel very safe.

Overall, for this price point, you can't really go wrong. Rooms were clean and a modern feel. Water pressure was great for showering as well.

The location is not good for places to eat within walking distance. But Charley's Steak house is a few block away is top notch steak restaurant, albeit pricy.

Amazing stay, Everything was made simple and Every staff member extremely kind, friendly, caring. Entire place was very clean, rooms, halls, etc... Will most certainly be returning to the same location again. The Restaurant serves amazing food as well. My Sister and I had our toddler's, The staff always made them feel welcomed and that means so much .

I was told I would receive an email with my receipt. I did not get it yet so I called and found out that they did not quite have the email spelled correctly. I gave them my email again and still have not received my receipt. I need the receipt to get reimbursed from the airline.

Location was good. While the property is not new, it was fairly well maintained. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Very accommodating.

The AC was a little inadequate for this time of year. Half way through our stay, the one microwave on our floor went out. Though maintenance was called repeatedly, it was never restored. The microwave on the floor above was also not operational. We were surprised to have to pay daily for parking on the premises.

Clean, restaurant on sight. Attentive, timely shuttle bus. Desk staff Ron was a delight to work with.

There were only 6 chair at poolside. You have 10 floors of people staying at your facility. Poor variety of food at restaurant. Restaurant staff did not seem happy to be there.

We had a great welcome from Alejandro on reception and he also helped us with our printing of our boarding passes as we were having trouble. Very pleasant and helpful young man.

We found the bar staff in the restaurant not very Welcoming, needless to say we didn’t stay there for long.

shuttle took longer for pick up and not available till 6 am. I have been to other hotels that offer it 24/7 every half hour and many very early flights at Tampa. So I had to pay for drive to airport

The location is great, with the Tampa airport very close by and there are two large shopping malls within minutes of the hotel. The property is in great shape; everything seems up to date in terms of amenities. I would probably stay here again if it wasn't for what happened on the final night of my stay.

There was a loud party across the hall from me on my third night staying there. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, hoping something would be done. Nothing was done about it, and this party continued until the late-night hours. I'll never understand why people use hotel rooms to be loud and obnoxious. It's just plain rude. It's even more frustrating when you're paying big bucks to get a good night's sleep, while the hotel seems unwilling to address what is a clear violation of their conduct policy.
