Ive stayed at Ramada westshore tampa 3 times. Every problem i have ever had was resolved quickly.. It's not fancy.Decent accommodations,Good free breakfast. (go early.) Common mistakes...If you deadbolt door from inside key card won't work.. Get whoever is inside to unlock door genius. My last stay AC wasn't blowing cold. Front desk gave me a great room 5 min later.All good. $100 weekdays 200.00 weekends.Bucs,lightning games,etc place fills up quick. For those prices its a no brainer. Alot of spanish/ English bi-lingual speaking employees all very professional. Complainers go downtown pay $500 for fancy hotels. .

2 towels for 3 people

They should have a different variety of breakfast;I’m not the type to the eat the same breakfast everyday. They should add more fruits beside banana and apple. Different style of pancakes the waffles isn’t bad but wasn’t the best ever…

Besides the breakfast, I had to walk I the hallway every-time to warm my food up. now that was ridiculous but I understood the concept & what lead to this decision making. The laundry (Washer/Dryer) need longer timing to do its job otherwise the money is in vain.

Great location, free breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Some staffs were friendly.

When checking in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming. I asked for late check out and I got an extra hour which I appreciate. But the house keeper still knocked on the door and came into my room while I was sleeping around 11am. I requested a shuttle to the airport for 12:40pm but I was not on the sign up sheet. Luckily I was still able to get a shuttle because there were 2 other people on the list.

I saw improvements in the Towels quality(cleanliness and amount supplied), the comfort of the bed, and the check in process. They also bought back the airport shuttle which made my life easy at check out time.

Room 432 has the following discrepancies: an electrical short in bed lamps, shortage of clothes hangers(2 supplied), and toilet doesn't flush completely.

I thought it was just fine. I needed a quick stay for the night between work and it was great they had nice staff. Breakfast and love that they had the airport shuttle back and forth made it simple and easy. I took a nice bath Xtra points for that as most Hotels now only have a shower so it mad3 my 1 night stay even that much more a relaxing evening. Thank you Ramada Tampa Airport Hotel

My daughter & I enjoyed the stay! Comfy beds, 2 beds in room. Great location near airport, stadium, shops, restaurants, water/gulf/beaches, and many surrounding amenities.Staff pleasant, cordial. From outside hotel looks good, visually inviting! Relatively good price.

Very dated interior of hotel & rooms, badly needed update/revival, everything past its useful life. Room door cannot be locked with deadbolt (broken). Bathroom old and dingy, no floor mat towel for stepping after shower, just 1 big towel & 1 face towel each person. Did not know there was microwave, found out on 2nd day looking for ice. Seems just one(1) microwave per floor. Staff could have mentioned that at check-in. Higher rate price not reflective of lower standard room.

Firstly, the lady on the front desk was brilliant. We arrived several hours early and she was very accommodating, making it possible for us to check in early which was so important for us after a lot of travel. The laundry facilities were great. Location was close to the airport and offered an early shuttle which made life easy for our morning flight. Nice amount of space in the room, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning adjustable in the room.

The staff is amazing, beds were sooooo comfortable and the pillows are the best ever. Honestly the only thing this hotel needs is to update the furniture in the rooms. That is the only thing that is dated that owners of hotel should replace. Other than that I loved my stay and the staff day and night were exceptional!!! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Furniture needs to be updated in main part of rooms by the owners of this hotel location. Everything else was great.

My stay was excellent and I will definitely stay again.im gonna share my experience with anyone I know traveling to Tampa. All the staff was great and the process was wonderful.

I would have liked some Bacon and Eggs at breakfast, the breakfast was still outstanding. The staff were very helpful, friendly and I am going to stay here again

The only issues we had were: our queen bed sagged into the middle (assume from a lot of use by heavy people), and our bedroom AC supply regisiter was at the ceiling opposite the bed and blew directly on us all night. (I had someone come by one evening (very quick response) to try to help but only so much could be done), so I tore a flyer in half & slid it into the wall register to essentially block the direct air flow, letting it redirect off to each side; managable. Otherwise, a great stay, our second as a group of 4 couples.
