The breakfast was good and it changed daily and I loved that they switched it up. The area was clean and the staff were very attentive to re stocking the breakfast bar. I don't eat pork and they had a alternative option every morning. The staff was great with making suggestions and giving directions there were restaurants near the hotel. I had a late check in and when we arrived the staff was amazing the customer service was on point.

They need more carts to bring luggage in with there were none available upon my arrival.

The staff at this location were above and beyond- always available and friendly. Facilities were nice to work out of with the suites having comfortable chairs and desks. All in all, if you are looking for a place to work out of and crash this is a great value and a good spot close to the airport.

The pull out couch bed was a bit uncomfy but the regular bed was great. The mattress within the couch was pretty old and if I had to use an extended stay, it would have been difficult to sleep on that bed for more than a few days.

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast had a good variety of food, and the staff ( all of the staff maintenance, desk, house keeping) was very professional and nice and didn’t make you feel like when you needed something it was a bother, but instead they were happy to be of assistance . And to the young lady who helped me the first day I arrived, thank you a million times. You are the best (:

The only thing I have bad to say about the stay was the pool. It had some sort of cleaning machine in it.

The location of the hotel is close to everything I needed, and the staff was very professional, courteous, friendly and quickly took care of everything I needed, to include replacing a leaking shower valve.

The breakfast could have been better: the eggs were not kept warm enough, the bacon was overcooked and crumbly, and the sausage was way overcooked, dry and hard.

This was one of the best hotels ive ever been to. The facilities were exceptional. Super romantically convenient 24/7 access to a large pool 4+ exits 2 large and updated elevators amazingly functional washer dryer room. Free breakfast, tea and snacks were always available location is as best as you can get to the airport and local restaurants for a very decent price. Room was so clean I did not mind sleeping directly on the pillows and sheets. Hotel room also came with an entire full size stove, fridge, and microwave. Reserved for free and paid at the location, I think the best part about my stay was the FREE 24/7 SHUTTLE SERVICE to and from the airport which was convenient for me and my toddler

Only thing was the Pool was kind of dirty but 24/7 ACCESS to the pool and extra clean towels were available so that made everything better!!!

Room was nice & cozy. Staff was nice! There was a restaurant/bar within walking distance, and airport was across the street.

Breakfast could have been better. I am used to scrambled eggs but this hotel had boiled eggs so a little disappointing but I did appreciate the pork & turkey options for their sausage patties.

Very convienient to the Tampa airport. Staff was friendly, professional and provided a nice breakast. Front desk provided complementary water bottles and answered several questions I had.

Could have a place to put suitcase on in room. Had to use the bed them put it on the floor after.

bed was old and creaky mattress,really needs upgrading. Hard to find the front entrance and lobby is blah.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to the lady looking after guests at breakfast - she was great!

Location Location Location to the Tampa International Airport. Just yards away from the airport entrance. Great for early morning flight times. Super close to many excellent restaurants just down the road running away from the airport.

Room door was damaged and mostly ajar. Had to push and slam it each and every time we entered and exited the room. Walls are paper thin for noise levels, so you can hear most of what is going on in the rooms to each side and above your room.
