Friendly staff, clean facility, close to airport and restaurants. Appreciated the continental breakfast. Good size room that accommodated my family of 6. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, it was nice to have and I would likely use in the future.

Although clean, the bathroom in the room could use some attention to maintenance. The beds were fine, however the sofa bed mattress was not. The smoke alarm was BLARING in the room at 3:50 a.m. - there was an incident in the electrical room. Jarring and scary to wake up to, but happy they worked.

I was hesitating to book in this hotel because of the reviews. But I needed a hotel that is close to the airport. So I went ahead and booked. I spend the night prior to my flight. I highly recommend it is just 4 minutes from the international airport. To pricey but convinient location.

The only thing I didn't like was that the sofa bed didn't had sheets.

I enjoyed the spacious room, as well as the in room facilities. The staff was very friendly and they met all of my partner and I's needs. From providing dishes to washing our bedsheets when we needed them cleaned.

They did not clean our room as often as we preferred. Nobody came to clean after we had left and or whilst we were in the room.

the room had a full size fridge which was very coinvent. it had a microwave and stove.

i didn't like having to ask for a coffee maker. the other things were fine to be able to have to ask for but i think the coffee maker should be already provided. the place was non smoking but it smelled very much like smoke.

We were very pleased with our room.It was close to everything and very comfortable.

The shower was aweso.e and the room was overall very nice.we will be back

Excelent reception. Excellent king bed. All clean. Satisfactory breakfast. It's not like a Brazilian hotel, but acceptable by American standards. Excellent location, close to the airport and the Mall where the greyhound bus leaves.

Nothing! Everything was fine. I would like a little more of soap, cutlery and glasses. I didn´t ask for it. There were many cupboards, but they were all empty.

Room was clean and comfortable, but one of the A/C units was not working. Breakfast was mediocre and already depleted early in the morning.

Plates, cups, and silverware had to be requested at front desk rather than already being in the room. One a/c was not working in the room.

Rate was very reasonable and the environment was clean. Great place to stay if you are in need of an extended stay.

There was nothing I did not like everything was fine.

We didn’t have any sheets in the pullout sofa but when we asked for them they did provide them!

There was an issue with our television, the desk clerk Donna, worked diligently to get the issue resolved. Donna was very personal and accommodating. She is an asset to your organization.

The HVAC units in the room were very noisy, the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a serious rattle.
