Melissa the receptionist on our arrival and departure was excellent, helped us check in a bit early and made us feel welcome and safe, and always smiling and friendly. Thank you! Also lady on last night extended our check out time a little which was helpful for our packing.

Cleaning was ok but no vacuuming of the room and some things like toilet paper not always replaced. The place in general however felt clean, we got someone who was trying to hurry through we felt.

The beds are very comfortable, the fitness center and pool are perfect for me and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional.

I had a neighbor one night that kept going in and out of his room slamming the door each time but I went to the desk the next morning and they took care of it. Exceptional front desk staff.

The bed were a bit too hard! We older ppl! Wasn't used to the bed! The first morning of getting woke up! Other ppl leveling out of their rooms or the cleaning crew but they were nice and respectable, freshened up our room, with fresh Bath towels, it was nice to come back to thank you 😊

Check-in was very efficient. The front desk personnel greeted us and smiled when we walked by. The maids were extremely helpful. The suite was exactly what was pictured online, perfect for what I needed. Very spacious work area.

On night 2 of 3, I dropped the ice bucket full of water on the carpet. I called the desk for help, and there was no one, as she could not leave the desk. I had to send my son down to get towels to put on the carpet. No one checked on us the next day when there was help.

Cleanliness

The breakfast was very good. The mattresses were just right. Front desk / staff were friendly and courteous.

The signage for entry location. The pillows felt like those chunks of foam, but bed was fine.

The service of the staff was freaking amazing! The breakfast, the ease of scheduling another day, easy access to stores, restaurants and the interstate! Hands down I think I’ve found my favorite hotel in Pinellas County!

it was clean .

there were several baseball teams there with teenage kids that kept running up and down the hall way slamming doors till 9:30 pm . Front desk couldn't do much except talk to the team coach. noise calmed down about 10 pm but it was disconcerting not knowing what it was in the beginning. the whole room would shake and very loud banging noise.

Clean room and lobby, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, complimentary water bottles is a great touch

Location, difficult to find entrance from road, a/c was a unit below the window and couldn't quite find a comfortable temperature (too cold, too hot)
