Throughout my three-day stay at the hotel, I experienced a power outage caused by a hurricane. You may question why I would assign high ratings in light of weather-related challenges. This is primarily due to the outstanding service provided by two staff members. One individual, a gentleman, worked diligently throughout the nights of my stay. On the evening of October 10th, he attentively monitored the situation in the lobby, making every effort to address concerns regarding the delay in power restoration by Duke Energy. His remarkable empathy towards myself and others facing difficulties was commendable. The second staff member, on the morning of October 11th, arranged a taxi for me, understanding that my phone's battery had died. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the lady who visited my room on the first day to offer extra coffee.

The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was good & easily accessible. The breakfast had a good variety & the coffee was awesome.

I did not like the hot breakfast food. However, there was enough of the other food to make up for it. I thought the price for the room was a little high for the size of the hotel & the location. I have stayed at the Hilton in downtown St Pete previously for the same amount of money including valet parking. I will assume the price was higher than usual due to the time of year I was there.

Excellent for a budget hotel. All staff were friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. Rooms were big enough for 4 of us. Clean and comfortable. To be honest, the service and welcome we received was far better than we had received from other hotels we have stayed at during our holiday, which cost 4 times as much per night!! Highly recommend for a short, no frills stay.

Nothing. We only needed 1 night and this hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Staff were very accommodating. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Alex, for fixing the problem with Booking.Com. I know now that it would be better to book directly to the hotel. Booking.Com was the one that gave my booking some problems and I couldn’t get hold of a person to help me. 10 starts to the hotel, 1 star for Booking.Com!

Price was reasonable and facility was clean and well kept. Staff was very courteous and helpful!

This was perfect for our overnight stay after attending a concert in dontown St. Pete. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The manager and every staff member (including the staff who checked us in at midnight) was very kind. We appreciate the manager's great communication and everyone's extra hospitality.

The staff was very helpful an kind from the moment we checked in the room was nice an cool the bed are very comfortable they had a small welcome bag because I am a gold member with choice privileges sometimes its the small things that matter nice job to all the staff

There was nothing not to like about the place

I was traveling with my sisters to see my brother who is in the hospital seriously ill. We thought we’d sty for 2 nights but decided to stay 2 more. The front desk clerk patiently arranged everything for us and was even able to let us stay in the same rooms even though it was a very busy Mother’s Day weekend. That, to me was wonderful service.

The breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, cold cereal, apples and oranges. Make your own waffles, yogurt. Pretty good selection. The room was quiet, tv had good selection, bed comfortable. Staff was very nice, responsive.

Bathroom on the small size, tub narrow but I was happy to have a tub.

As accommodating as they could possibly be to displaced hurricane victims and out of town linemen and disaster workers, even though they too had sustained damage.

Appeared to be in the midst of renovation so some parts were very modern and some dated but still a good value.

Very friendly and efficient staff and very clean throughout lobby and coffee area. Loved the 24 hour coffee and tea as well as the lemon water. The room was nice and clean and air worked well!

Parking stinks. Property way too small to accommodate all the cars. They were double parked against the curb behind our truck making it very difficult to get out of our space.
