Location was perfect and 1 block off I-275N... Easy access in & out! Breakfast was excellent! Receptionists were awesome! I was able to book my reservation through Booking.com... When I arrived, the 2-Queen bed reservation that was confirmed through Booking.com wasn't available... However, the Receptionist was able to adjust and make adequate accommodations... Rooms were very comfortable, especially the air conditioning.

Only disappointment was no beneficial military discount... After I checked out, I noticed that I was charged $189 plus tax for the 2-Queen bed rate on the 1st night, but $247 plus tax for the 1-King bed rate for the 2nd night. (We were placed in the 1-King bed room because the 2 Queen room was not available, despite the Booking.com confirmation... Overall cost was $492.68 for 2 days....

The room was lovely it was much larger than anticipated absolutely beautifully clean and nice

The place is Extremely Loud a lot of children so be assured you are going to be up till 11:00 or 12:00 I mean it didn't end until at least 1:00 we didn't want to call the front desk and beat Karen's calling on children but wow it was extremely loud just people running up and down the Halls yelling laughing I'm sure having a good time but it's not a place for relaxation but the hotel itself is beautiful I'm not putting it down just saying it's very loud

We loved the location. We came to see family who live nearby. I like the choices offered for breakfast of muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Our beds were comfortable. The room was a good size.

The breakfast was ok. Would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of the egg omelet (??) thing. Also, the sausage and bacon were overcooked. Our shower appeared to have mold. Maybe a little bleach would solve that issue. The hotel is a little noisy at night. The guests in the room above us seemed to be having a jumping contest.

Amanda was wonderful at the front desk!! The beds were comfortable! Breakfast was very good, I love hot foods. Overall very clean, smelled good. The full size Dove products I feel are so much better than the small sizes most hotels use. Cracker Barrel is in walking distance Loved the television channel choices

We woke up to a large roach on the cords for the window. Many of the staff members were not very friendly. Even when we said hello they said nothing. Could use more lights in the room.

Booking.Com CANCELED my reservation before my arrival without ever a word. The Holliday Inn Express went out of their way to arrange for me to stay in a comfortable room. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN!!!!!! What a pathetic experience! Holliday Inn Express without Booking.Com was excellent!

We loved that the facility was smoke-free. Our room and the entire hotel smelled so fresh and clean! The beds were comfy, too. Hotel staff were all friendly and efficient! We loved the convenience of the nearby Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

Everything was wonderful. We have no complaints at all!

Price was right, free breakfast was good, right by highway and easy to get to. Beds pretty comfortable. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was dirty, had hair in the shower from previous stay. I don't think it was cleaned properly.

Location was excellent and right next to Cracker Barrel. Chose this hotel for location and being pet friendly. Staff were very nice.

Requested 2 king rooms near each other. Got 2 queen rooms 2 floors apart. Bathroom corners of floors were not clean. Bug ( not a roach, some sort of beetle) in clean towels. Would have liked a couple plastic cups in room.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Check in and check out were really easy and quick.

I can't really think of anything. Maybe have room clean up every day instead of every other day.
