I really appreciate all the hotel staff, especially the receptionists. They are very well behaved and welcoming. We like the lounge area.. lot of fun activities you can do there.. seating area is lovely. Everything is just great in the hotel and perfect for stay. The hotel is welcoming to service dogs so that is great!! just two things which could be better- 1) space in the rooms we stayed was very less.. and often I hurt my legs walking. 2) Breakfast could have a few more options.. it’s almost the same everyday. Would be really nice to have some veggie options as I am vegetarian so I had no options beside breads and potatoes.

The location is great and being able to use the shuttle bus to get around, which saved on Uber fees. There are a lot of craft breweries nearby. The main lobby is very nice and large with plenty of seating, free coffee and fruit, with a store to get stuff too. There is another store on the first floor of the building that isn't owned by Hilton that was really nice too. Everyone was very pleasant.

The parking was expensive at $40 plus tax per overnight stay, so you have to use the shuttle bus to make it worth the stay. The room as a little small with no storage options. The layout of the hotel is really weird with the lobby on the third floor.

The hotel is brand new, I had the best sleep in years! The beds are awesome. The staff was amazing, super kind, they make the difference

I was traveling with my newborn baby (carrying diapers etc) + my dog .. so there were two things that made everything more complicated. 1) the valet parking .. this was my first time traveling with my new baby so since the lobby is in the third floor , we arrived and we had to take everything out from the car because we didn’t have the option to park ourselves .. I would have preferred to leave some stuff in the car and grab them later and not needing to call the valet every time I needed to pick up something I left in the car.. 2) the reception is in the third floor. After the mess with taking everything from the car to get in to the hotel there weren’t any luggage cart available .. so grabbing all my stuff to go the lobby in the third floor

Very clean and well kept. I liked that the floors were not carpet. Staff were helpful and friendly. I’ve only stayed once so far, but it was very quiet and I got a great nights sleep. The beds and pillows were super comfy too.

I am not thrilled about having to pay for parking since the nights stay is already pricy, but it seems the norm. Normally I look for hotels with free parking, but I wanted to be close to the things we planned on doing.

Loved the location, across from Ray's Stadium. We liked the room, chic and minimalist style, bed was perfect. Shower had great pressure, on 7th floor too! The hotel was VERY quiet-even being located next to hwy. Very clean and bright. Lots of games for all ages. Neighborhood was urbanized and quaint. Felt safe in and out. Free hot breakfast. We appreciate that they had their own coffee, tea, and hot water for Free 24hrs, rather than a typical Starbucks. Lots of snacks and beverages for very reasonably priced. Valet parking.

Disappointed the pool was only 9 inches deep, and only for wading and sitting in the pool in the chairs (they were nice.) The bed corners do stick out and both of us hit the bed frame corner several times-ouch! Odd that the check-in is on the 3rd floor. Would be helpful if on 1st floor.

We had an amazing stay! We went to the Royal Rumble and man, we couldn't have picked a better hotel!!! The valet, housekeepers, front desk, all so nice!!! Tony the driver that drove us downtown! It was a 3 minute walk to Tropicana Field. Beautiful view of Tropicana Field from our room. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Lobby was very nice! Beds were comfortable. Valet was so convenient, we rented scooters all weekend, never had to use my car one time!

Pillows SUCKED. Only not so nice person we ran into was the lady working breakfast. I get it that breakfast ends at 10, but we didn't know that and people were coming down and she was like "it closes right at 10!" So we had to rush to get what we wanted.

The accessible room (our only option) was a good size for our group of four friends. We especially appreciated the free shuttle to the Pier, which made our visit to Italian Fest much more convenient. Breakfast was fine - nothing really stood out, but it met our needs. We appreciated the "always available" coffee and tea.

Parking was expensive, although that seems to be true in many places. Soft drink prices were also high at the lobby and there were no vending machine options. We brought most of what we needed.

The valet staff we great. Friendly, and they hustled! The breakfast bar was totally adequate. The best part was just the fresh fruit. Great for grabbing and going!

The elevator was super slow getting to and from the main lobby. Our room was on the Lobby floor (L3), which was fine. But, a door separating the suite corridor from the Lobby area would be nice.

Exceptionally friendly and competent staff, Everyone was treated with respect and kindness. The teenagers loved the breakfast pancakes.

I fell, coming into the property. I had a handicapped sticker and I was using a walker due to hip replacement surgery 3weeks ago. There was a step from the car to the valet area and I didn’t see it. I caught it with the front of my walker and went down on all fours. I wasn’t really hurt, just sore. But I believe that, had the curb been marked, with yellow paint along the edge for example, I would have seen it and not fallen. Also I was traveling with 2 teenage boys who were looking forward to staying up all night playing video games on the beautiful tv, of which they had brought a small suitcase full. They were very disappointed to learn that they were not allowed to change the HDMI input, so they couldn’t load their games.

Came for the Reggae Rise up concert at Vinoy Park..I loved that the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the festival at the park..the driver was on time going and returning..the breakfast was really good..a variety of cereals and teas and also the coffee is served all day..Loved that every location of the hotel had a nook or nice patio to chill...also the lobby area had a pool table and shuffle board..

Not one complaint..LOVE THIS HOTEL..will return next year😇
