The staff was phenomenal, the valet parking crew was awesome, the room was clean and very comfortable, and it was located close to where I needed to be. The breakfast buffet was very good, but I suggest you get your room with breakfast included, or it could get very expensive. I wish the room had a microwave.

The so called restaraunt at the bar was terrible. The food was almost inedible, and this was the only food available for room service. Really awful. I was served a glass of diet coke with my dinner, and it tasted like clorox. I couldn't drink it. My week-long stay was VERY expensive. $35 a day for valet parking, and you HAVE to use valet parking. During my stay, half the TV channels blacked out, and there weren't many yo begin with. Wifi was slow at times.

Location is good. Not though an awful lot around shop wise. Swimming pool area was perfectly acceptable.

Woodchip wallpaper in 2024? Smaller bathroom than I would have expected for the money, curtain around bath. Felt as though a makeover would help. Walk in shower for sure. Staff member on front desk wearing an NFL shirt? Relaxed is one thing but a little bit more class would be appropriate.

Excellent location, excellent service from the entire staff. Very clean, very comfortable bedding and quality linens. Nice restaurant, reasonably priced

Valet service personnel were excellent but $48/ day fee is stiff. Bar is surprisingly modest. Very small, poor sports venue

Friendly reception, effective check in and check out. Valet guys friendly & professional. Gym generally well equipped. Gym mats would be ideal. Hotel is good middle class. Can be recommended from my point of view.

Maybe nowadays carpets in the rooms are not up to date. Hygiene problem... I would like it better if in the welcome email, for example, the valet parking information was correct. It says $27 plus tax. In reality it is $35 plus tax. The guests account can handle that, as a well known hotel I would not want to allow myself such inconsistencies.

Shower was good . Having a refrigerator was useful.

The street and area in front of hotel has cement barriers and metal fence for a race. Made the view very not scenic. I hoped for a nice bay front view. That was ruined by barriers and fence.

Location is great. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Front desk was so friendly and helpful. They worked hard to meet our preferences as well as our needs. Keaton Page was especially helpful!

Location is ideal. Ac worked well. No funky smells in the room. Bed was comfortable.

A bit dated and the elevator smelled like urine. Some mold on the bathroom ceiling. But other then that it seemed to be pretty well maintained. Bathrooms a little small.

Restaurant closed at 9pm on a Saturday night during an event and room service was not offered. When an event is happening I think the restaurant should stay open till a least 12pm or offer room service.

The outlets were not secure as I would assume they should be. They were pretty loose when plugging in cords. No fans in the bathrooms??? Every bathroom today have fans.. The fridge seems to need to be updated too.
