Location is very convenient to public transportation and very walkable to places of interest and conveniences. The atmosphere is very fun and absolutely love the menu names an d descriptions. I enjoyed the music from the club as it was not too loud or obnoxious. It was a nice beat and sound that I found great for sleeping. Love the natural light from the windows, as well as the dark curtains for privacy. Breakfast is nice for a grab and go, with a good selection to choose from. I don't recall all staff members names that I encountered but I do remember the above and beyond customer service from Tommy. All of the staff is pleasant and smile and happy to answer all questions. Great team!

A full length mirror or even more than the one little mirror above the sink would be awesome. Shower pressure seemed to change from low to full during showers but all in all, not an issue.

It was fun, cozy and perfectly located. Food, coffee/tea, bars, museums – all within walking distance, so you really don’t need a car. If you do have one, they have a small parking lot behind the building but also free off street parking that’s easily accessible. I loved the staff too!-so helpful and accommodating, they were lovely to chat with. It was too cold to use the pool but it was gorgeous and I will be there the MOMENT winter is over!

There is no mini fridge so keep that in mind-but I really didn’t mind. And no full length mirrors-which did make it tricky to get ready at some points.

Very funky gay establishment. The staff were very friendly. We took advantage of the cheese and wine hour every night - very generous and good wine. Continental breakfast was fine with good coffee. The location is good with plenty of bars and eateries nearby - including the hotel's own bar on the ground floor. Be sure to take advantage of the 2-for-1 drinks from noon to 9pm. Bus stops nearby for the cheap bus to the beach.

The room was small. As was pointed out to us, the bed base protrudes about 6 inches beyond the mattress and is painted black like the carpet. Yes, we tripped over it and stubbed our toes. It would not cost much to put right - just sort it! The tiny wash basin in the corner of the room was cramped and inconvenient - but the toilet/shower room was too small to accommodate a sink. And a gay hotel room without a full length mirror ?!? There was plenty of wall space for one. The pool area is great but we would have appreciated quieter music in the afternoon so that we could relax, read a book, chat to people, whatever. Yes club volume at night or for pool parties but not all day every day.

Location has his pros and cons. It is close to many restaurants. The area is very nice and safe. Room was clean and the decoration, even though it wasn't what I was expecting, was cool. Affordability compare to other options in the area. Close to the pier. 7 minutes driving. The gentleman at the front desk was always nice and willing to help.

I would say if you are looking for a QUIET place. STAY AWAY. If you don't mind that, it is a good option. (There is nightclubs downstairs) Except for one of the staff member. I think everyone was nice.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good access

A loud noise randomly sounded off coming from an upper area of the side wall in the bathroom. I could hear someone talking loudly and coughing through the door thinking it was a person standing in the hallway but when i opened the door to check it out, I discovered that it was coming from inside the room across from mine. The talking and coughing was happening at 6 am when I was not ready to be awake, so that was surprising with how easily you can hear across the hallway.

People, please don't let the name fool you! The hospitality was 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10. I have no complaints at all. The location was near everything. The ubers weren't expensive either. Some places were walkable. I was there for my bday in May and had a great time. There were plenty of activities going on there at the hotel. Restaurant/bar had great 👍 food & drinks. The pool at night had a dj and plenty of entertainment. They had this cute thing when you purchased a drink, you got a token for a free drink of whatever you purchased, and the drinks weren't watered down. I'm going back again!! They're very welcoming to everyone 😊

Not one complaint at al!!!

Everyone went above and beyond. There where a couple of minor snags with the parking situation. Both David and & Eddie easily fixed the situation for me. Love the happy hour wine & cheese & breakfast is great to. Enjoyed having easy club access all night. I don’t quite the typical lgbtq folx that stay here. But never felt out of place either.

Please, please fridge and microwaves in the rooms. Kitchen hours are confusing, the last bartender was more interested in flirting with customers than working. Promptly told me the kitchen is closed. The attitude killed the night for me. Please educate bartenders more on pronouns.

I am a 62-year-old straight woman and happened upon this hotel by accident. It was definitely an obvious gay hotel once I came in, with very explicit art and objects around so at first I was caught off guard;) But…..I really enjoyed myself & all the staff was very outgoing, sweet and helpful! They made me feel very welcome, In spite of the fact I wasn’t gay & the only woman there at the time. It was a nice facility with a lovely pool, quiet & comfortable room! They had complimentary wine and cheese in the evening, and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I would come back again and suggest it to gay or straight people.

I loved the ease of checking in, as well as the friendliness of Chris, Grayson, David, and Conrad. This was a completely different environment for my partner and I, so I'm sure we stuck out like a sore thumb. But thanks to the advice of the staff we had the time of our lives. We're definitely looking forward looking to visiting again soon. Thank you all for being so amazing.

Personally, I didn't have any concerns about our stay. I took the time to research/read the reviews from other guests and knew what to expect before booking. However, my partner gets really cold and didn't care for the temperature in the room. Additionally, he stomped his toes on the edge of bed a few times despite the warning. But other than that, "A Time Was Had."

From the very get go, management made a couple adjustments to accommodate me which made my whole stay much more comfortable. I was shown my room, especially the step up bathroom. The food was outstanding for bar food. Grilled chicken sandwich was unbelievable, shrimp with chili sauce was superb. You can eat in the night club or they'll gladly fix it to-go for your room. I don't drink but I was more than okay sitting at the bar. Bartenders gave me the same great service as a drinker. The whole theme of the hotel and artwork popped and came to life. David and his staff do exceptional work for the paying guests. I'm about to make reservations for three weeks from now.

I stubbed my toe on the bed even after I was warned about it by staff two times lol. All seriousness...I dont have any negative questions, comments or concerns.
