Staff was very courteous and attentive. Location could not be better for downtown St. Pete and its bayfront. Room was spacious and clean. Of course, Hampton has the best beds. TV remote was easy to use. Overall, stay was a great value and we look forward to returning.

"Hot" breakfast was passable. Although, buffet and dining area were well staffed and maintained. While $25 per night valet parking was something of a perk (splurge?), frequent trips obligated repeated tipping which inflated expense. However, we enjoyed the valets, their service, and never waited for vehicle beyond request time.

Amazing hotel in a great location down town st. pete. Still in the hussel and bussel of town, but a quiet street with friendly staff. Valet is $25 per night unlimited access. Great reception area. Prestine rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. Beds were comfortable, breakfast area was very large and several options daily. Couldn't ask for a better hotel experience, worth every penny.

We chose to stay here since it was within walking distance to a concert we were seeing. You did have to pay an extra $25 for parking but they did offer valet. They had free breakfast that was pretty decent and with a more realistic time frame than most other hotels.

My only complaint was the fire alarm going off at 8am and startling us awake. Luckily it wasn’t anything real and most likely a one time fluke that was out of their control.

The hotel provide a good breakfast with a variety to choose from. There is plenty of seating, and they even opened up a conference room for any overflow.

The only thing I was not crazy about were the beds. I felt like they were either too soft or may be the pillows weren't the quality I normally see in hotels.

Great location downtown next to pier and museums. Nicely renovated rooms. Comfortable.

The hot breakfast was terrible. Industrial omelette and sausage. Property undergoing renovation so only one lift working. Breakfast room is shared with reception. Pool and fitness also out of commission.

Zack at valet was very pleasant and I knew my car was going to be parked in a safe place.

Construction. Periodic 3 taps could be heard during the day. Same blocked elevator with only one functioning elevator. It was the same as last year’s visit. Hope construction wraps up before my next visit.

Asked for extra decaf the front desk had to bring them up. The valet on Thursday morning (a very young man) could of helped us load luggage,but chose to stay inside while we did it!! Brian(on the other hand)was the BEST!! So helpful

Best location! Walking distance to St Pete’s Pier, Straub Park, Salvador Dali museum and others, restaurants, Chihuily Collection and other great museums and places!! Very clean rooms and good, good breakfast! Great staff and customer service! I will repeat staying at this hotel anytime!!!

My experience was great! No complains!

Staff was exceedingly nice and personally asked to help us without asking. They all see.ed to take great pride in their jobs and it showed in everyone's attitude. From the valets, the front desk, the cleaning staff and even a gentleman who rode in the elevator with us, they all seemed genuinely happy to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Guess what, we did.

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was amazing.

Having valet, which you had to pay additional for, as the only parking option. The valet drivers were great, car was ready whenever we needed though.
