You just cannot beat there prices. they have every amenity a weekly hotel, motel offers. Reminds me of a tiny home, very modern and cute, beware tho because when 10:30 hits they are ready for you to leave if it’s your check out date, other then that, the employees that work there are amazing, very chill later back place

The check out time is way too early and aggressive, I told after noon staff I won’t be arriving until 3am, so I asked the night prior if I could check out at noon, and said yes. Then at 10:35am, the property manager knocking on my door , I jumped up through clothes on, I opened the door and see her yelling up to me from the bottom floor tellin me when check out is, so I tell her my request an she didn’t want to hear it so she said she would ask. I wanted to tell her so bad i come in peace, I promise I’m no grouch in the a.m., just tired.

The property is a value stay - rather dated and that shows. A1960-70 property that has had use. But overall maintained okay and appropriate for the value pricing. Even though it’s dated and shows it’s wear, water is hot, sheets and towels clean so overall it’s a good value property if you realize that’s it’s dated. Very friendly staff!

The property was nice and close to a lot of places, plus the rates were great for it being a studio room.

There was nothing about the property that I didn’t like. however, I didn’t like how the booking.com app took forever to relay messages to the property. It also didn’t make things easy to change in a timely manner which you could get charged for.

The inside of the apt was nice. The apt was clean, and had all the appliances that’s needed. I wish it was in a much better neighborhood though

The other guest and staff appeared sketchy. It’s prob bcuz of the neighborhood

Staff are great!! Property Manager was very understanding to my mom being elderly and helping out the best she could.. Really enjoyed my stay. Will be returning……..

Good location not far from downtown St Pete. Manager is super nice. Love the dog in the office.

Rooms are a little run down but they are trying to fix the place up over time. Not going to find much cheaper closer to downtown St Pete.

Friendliness’ n ‘Cleanliness! Owner and staff really went the extra mile to provide excellent hospitality! Comfortable Bed was great as we arrived jet lagged from Australia. (Slept 24 hrs straight)

Older-style air conditioner. Works great during the day. At night it provided “grey noise” but it “startled” us whenever it Re-booted!

The staff is amazing!! I have been staying in hotels since I lost my house last June and by far uptown suites had the best customer service and they made you feel like you were family and it was just wonderful the whole time I see there I'm going to miss it
