Emily!!!!!! Emily was the greatest! She was the one who welcomed us and checked us in. She has the most positive attitude and we walked away after check in feeling so happy and welcomed. She is truly the most wonderful soul. We stayed here during my partner’s birthday and they had decorated the hotel room for his birthday. While checking out we discovered it was EMILY who did the decorating! I hope this establishment knows how fantastic she is. We would return here every time knowing that it has staff like her. It only takes one little bit of kindness to make someone’s day and Emily had enough to make all of ours. Thank you for everything!

Great choice for family. Great breakfast options are pancakes, cereal, hot meat ,biscuits and eggs, cinnamon rolls, a variety of yogurt, and fruits. Pool and hot tub available. Free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall at Johns Pass.

It is not what our family didn't like. Just be aware that the hotel location is next to Walmart, and it is pet friendly. My daughter enjoyed patting different dogs.

Loved the location since my family and I were really there for the beach. The hotel is also right next to a Wal-mart so it made it easy to grab any last minute things for the beach, you can literally walk to wal-mart. I also loved that the breakfast was free. And also the staff was super helpful and nice. Highly recommend this location.

The hotel was very nice, loved all the amenities it had, great location, and very clean.

For breakfast we had a pretty rude lady worker stop us like we were doing something wrong by entering the breakfast area after a sweet boy helped us get into the breakfast area (I paid for breakfast with our stay) and that just made us not want to eat so we left and got breakfast somewhere else.

My dad paid for my room using his credit card...they would not accept his card for "Incidental" charges, as he was not present...I had called the hotel beforehand to make sure there were no problems with this...when I checked in they refused the card and insisted I go to an ATM and pay $250.00 in cash. My son's room was paid for, and he only had to put down $40.00, with 2 guests. Unsure why I was charged more, it was only me. Breakfast was very nice, a large spread...even eggs and meats. Did have a problem with one of the staff, I went down barefooted, and she followed me around the breakfast area in a raised voice telling me I HAD to take my food to my room, after I apologized and said I would go get my shoes on...nobody likes someone yelling at them first thing in the morning, especially before coffee. This was Sunday morning, the 21st, 2023, my checkout day. One very large plus is we had a small group coming from different states for a funeral, they did put us all close together.

Breakfast staff ( woman) going on and on about my shoes....room a little pricey, security at the pool in the evenings...Atogether.A large group of mexican men took over the pool after 9 pm and were staring and very intimidating, and the door to the pool's card reader was not working.

The beds were comfortable. The pillows perfect. The surroundings were clean and groomed. The air conditioner worked perfect.

The area for dogs to go potty had no grass. I understand it must be hard to keep grass where dogs are all the time but its just something that would be nice.

The rooms were very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The bedding is amazing. They served a complementary breakfast every morning with was great. They had a variety of things to eat and drink. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely would recommend. Ohh another bonus was Walmart was right behind the parking lot. You can walk there in 1 min.

The facility is very clean and taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and the toiletries provided were nice. The breakfast was pretty good.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The coffee provided at breakfast was weak and flavorless. Small details that matter such as the caulking in the bathroom tub was dingy, needs to be redone or bleached. The toilet paper holder was broken, the toilet paper kept falling off. The TV screen was dusty and the remote was not clean.

The Hotel has a great location, near Madeira Beach which its great if you want to visit, and also the hotel offers a shuttle to Madeira Beach in case you don’t have transportation or you just simply don’t wanna drive. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good.

Staff was friendly, helpful. Location was good only a couple miles to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Rate was ok considering we were on the coast. Several good restaurants within walking distance and also Walmart. Would stay again oh and breakfast was great!
