The location is excellent.. walking distance to cafe, restaurants with live entertainment and the resort sits on the beach! There is also a pool and gym and rooftop lounge area. There are 2 buildings, the one we stayed in 1 had 6 floors with elevator and observation deck. There were sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and also in the living room. The view of the beach from the extra large balcony was wonderful especially in the mornings.

My room access was deactivated a day early. Very inconvenient! Locked out until we were able to reach front desk.

Our ocean view was superb! Very clean yet somewhat dated. Clogged tub drain & torn shower curtain were fixed right away after reporting. Sheets changed in middle of our stay. Otherwise maids do not enter room. They have a neat system of providing a laundry basket which we placed any towels needing replacement along with a card listing supplies. We circled what items we needed more of. Placed the basket outside the door in the morning & all were provided within a couple hours. Worked great! 2 pools were popular. Sufficient parking under the buildings although a bit tight. No sign of hurricane damage here, although some neighboring properties are set to be torn down. Some still being repaired. John’s Pass is a 5 minute walk & is 99% open.

The location is great. You can easily walk to John’s Pass Village where there are a bunch on shops and restaurants. Also there’s direct access to the beach and beach cabanas you can rent. The pool is small but cute. It looked like they were about to do some landscaping and I think the vibe of the pool will be better with some trees and greenery. There’s also grills you can use that we wanted to but never did. We had a pool view room and so our balcony overlooked the pool area however we could still see the beach too which was awesome.

The shower curtain in the bathroom is a flimsy fabric curtain and so water soaked right through and we constantly had to use towels to soak the water up. They also have a no-room-service- use-a-basket system in place for new towels and supplies. And 3 mornings in a row we put our basket out before 9:30am and it didn’t get picked up or replenished.

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The view was amazing from the balcony on our beachfront studio. Great food, activities and shopping nearby. Nice pool area and direct beach access. Room was super clean and fairly modern. Housekeeping doesn't come in your room during your stay, but provides anything you might need in a basket outside your door each morning.

Tight parking! The room wasn't really cool enough even with the AC cranked down. The curtains hang down over the vent of the AC unit blocking the air. We used my wife's hair clip to hold the curtains up higher and that seemed to help at night. The bed wasn't bad, but it wasn't super comfy either. TV was kind of small but we weren't there to watch TV anyway

I like that it was beach front. I like the beach chair service. The hotel staff were very friendly even the maintenance staff on property had excellent customer service. Always saying hello that shows they enjoy where they work. I love that the location was a short walk to St. John’s Pass.

I wish the pool area was bigger. There were a lot of families with children and they took over the pool area. The only issue with the room was you could hear the people above you walking around and all the noise at the pool well into the night 10pm. Please install more ice machines because you know people filed there cooler and I was walking all the way to other building to get ice!

Great location, we went 1 month post hurricanes so I can’t really speak for the use of amenities, but the pool area is beautiful and they were working very hard to get it back in working order.

I like, and understand why, the floors are tiles throughout, but having a few area rugs in the key spots like bedrooms, inside entry, kitchen & living space would be really great to help reduce the sand tracked around. It’s just uncomfortable to walk around d barefoot inside without somewhere to ‘dust off’. Minor, but could improve the overall experience, and I do understand the added maintenance that would require the staff to manage

We have stayed at BFBC before and we love it. We knew things would be not normal due to hurricane. No pool, no cable and lots of workers. We pulled in with my uncles suv and we had car troubles. One of the cleaning ladies came over, looked, called her ex-husband over video and they fixed it. What could have been a major hassle and money, your amazing cleaning lady and a maintenance man went way over and above to help us. Elevator was then out due to a technicality and yours workers walked up our items to 3rd floor. Couldn't thank them enough!! We will be back.

The beeping from the bobcat at 8am all day long. But we knew to expect this as trying to get the place back in order from hurricanes.

2-bedroom suite with full kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect for family of 4. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was amazing with views of the beach/ocean and pool area. Beach was beautiful. Enjoyed sitting in the wading pool too! Easy walk to boardwalk. Short Uber ride to Salt Rock Grill for dinner a couple nights. (Delish!).

Floor in room gets sandy despite sweeping a couple of times. Some kids at the pool were not well behaved - not the resort's fault. Food at boardwalk was just okay. Nothing of top quality within walking distance that we could find.

I love everything about BBC. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The location couldn't be any more perfect - we always get a room in front, overlooking the ocean. It's breathtaking. They use a basket system to replenish room supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper, etc) which is great so you don't have to worry about missing housekeeping. The rooms have a great setup - a pony wall separates the queen bed from the main area where the sofa bed is. The little kitchenette is perfect so you don't have to eat out for every meal.

The location is amazing! You can easily access the beach and John’s pass. Great views and everything was clean and well kept. Watching the sunset from the rooftop is a must, it’s absolutely breathtaking! I will say if you ware going to pay to park at John’s pass look up the rates for each lot, we did a $20/hr pot the first night and then realized less than a block over was $4/hour.

The only thing that we didn’t love was the elevator was really slow, with the workers sometimes it was a small inconvenience but that was definitely a very small and the views and amenities made up for it. We also understand that this is partially because of cleaning up from the hurricane and only want to point it out Incase stairs are not an option for visitors. They are doing an amazing job at getting everything back to 100%!
