Great location on Treasure beach. Was looking for a quiet getaway and this location was perfect. Quick ride over to St.Petes beach for a bit more action. Staff was extremely pleasant! From front desk, to housekeeping - everyone was always smiling and so kind! BIKES! They have bikes for rent. What a great spot for biking. They have bike lanes on almost every island - super easy to get around. I would stay here again!

Nothing! Bathroom was a tad small but nothing unmanageable!

The staff was excellent. You can’t get closer to the beach, which is great. The rooms were clean. The area/ buildings across the street from the beach had a nicer environment. Quieter with a more chill feel.

There is a parrot named Gary. Don’t get me wrong. Gary himself seems great. However, if you plan to sleep past dawn and you happen to have a room within 100 yards of him, forget about it. He squawks VERY loudly. I thought it must have been a wild bird at first.. because certainly, the owners of a resort where people plan to sleep, would not decide to place a loud alarm clock next to their guest’s room. However, I was mistaken. Gary’s cage is located right in the middle of the guest rooms. Thankfully, the staff was able to relocate us and were very kind and helpful.

The property is well kept, renovated and includes fun activities. The charcoal bbqs (which they fire up upon request), oversized chess, badminton, and plenty of seating with gorgeous views were regularly enjoyed by our family. The pool was kept nice and warm which we really appreciated in the cooler temperatures. The beds were comfy, the pillows were fluffy and the kitchen was cute. There were grocery stores and souvenir shops within walking distance. There is also a little spot to buy drinks, pizza and wings on site. The staff were super friendly! It’s a great place to spend several nights. We’d love to return!

The ventilation in the room could be improved. Our towels never seemed to dry. The floors were a bit dirty. Adding a broom to the kitchen would be nice since it can get a bit sandy being so close to the beach.

Staff was great: friendly and readily available. Beds were super comfortable and room furniture, dishes, etc. have all been updated. Supplies in the room were a bit meager (no cutting knives or ice trays, for example) but we made do. Lots for kids to do, including movies shown at the pool on Friday and Saturday night. Music playing constantly was a bit much, but our room was across the street so we didn't have to hear it (truthfully that may have driven me crazy if I was in a beachside room) although we were mainly spending time at the beach so it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent location, property has a wonderful outdoor space and direct access to the beach and walk/run trail. The pool is smaller but it was still perfect for a short dip and relaxation. Parking available via property. Room had nice amenities (refrigerator, sink were a bonus). Beds comfortable and good temperature control. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool bar and refreshments available for purchase on property.

The bathroom was a bit small with limited counter space however everything was in working order and good water pressure. Check-in took a little longer due to one staff at desk however no complaints about their assistance. Having filtered water available on the property would have been appreciated for the price. We were able to purchase bottled water but it was quite pricey. Note, there was a sink in room.

The staff was exceptional, and the room was both updated and clean. The resort provided so many activities- land and sea rentals and lawn games, to fill in our off-time. Inexpensive on-site laundry services were helpful at the start of our journey so we could easily rinse and repeat. The location is pretty central and an easy drive to St. Petersburg and Tampa if you care to venture. It's a quick drive to John's Pass or Fort De Soto if you prefer for more local excursions. Dunkin Donuts is .2 miles away and you're surrounding by plenty of dining options. Will book here again, for sure!

The aesthetics of the resort were gorgeous—great color choices and lots of tho gs to do onsite, outside. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Saltwater pool facing the beach was amazing, and having Gary near the pool area was entertaining.

The bathroom had a cut out “window” (no glass, just open) type area up at the ceiling line, which made it not feel very private—so did the bedroom. It was probably to help with air flow and cool air being able to get in/out of each area, but it was a little weird. Parking is TIGHT, so be prepared to park CAREFULLY, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

The room was pretty. The bed was very comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The pools were nice. The staff was very welcoming. A nice surprise was a little bar and cafe by checkin. It was a short walk to the beach. There was a fun parrot named Gary in the courtyard.

The parking was very tight. There was extra parking that was better but it was across the street. We were on the bottom floor and could hear the people walking above us. Those two things would not stop us from staying there again.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They took the best care of us on our girls trip and we will absolutely be back. The services that they offer are so nice like the beach pack that gets you a wagon and cooler for the beach for only $20!!!!! The sitting areas provided outside were so cute and so comfortable we really enjoyed spending time in these spaces! Gary the Parrot was such a nice surprise also, he was so fun to chat and dance with! Really looking forward to returning to this resort.

It was a little hard to cross the street all of the time but the amenities and care made it worth it. Maybe a hot tub included for cool nights turning spring break trips but other than that everything was amazing.

Staff was amazing. Jaldoi (not sure of spelling) 😃 he made sure we had what we needed. It was myself and two of my sisters, and we had the most relaxing stay. Tella and Kayla were also very accommodating with music selection request, pump for our floats. Ryan lighting the fireplace and Randy making our very tasty adult beverages. The place was clean and beautiful. Thank you all so much- Darla, Donna and Kathy.

No mirrors - only the bathroom cabinet. You may want to think about full body mirror inside the closet door. Some sort of exhaust fan in bathroom would be nice
