Excellent location. Front desk clerks were friendly and very helpful in providing beach towels and extra towels and wash cloths for our room.

The convenience of being right on the beach so there was less public crowd. The spacious units and having a fully supplied kitchen was great! Location was excellent and just a short walk to St. John’s Bay if you don’t want to drive (under a mile).

My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the property invested in a simple beach umbrella and at least two beach chairs for use. If they go missing it’s as easy as charging the customer. Would have avoided the need to hunt them down only to leave them behind because we couldn’t take it with us. And the beach business charges a ridiculous amount.

Unknown charges ($60 per night for “in case you want to charge you the room). This could add up to SIGNIFICANT charges for a week stay etc.

Pool Bar was great for cocktails, but the beer selection was terrible. No draft beer after the first day. No IPA available in cans, not even a decent beer available in can selections. Bar staff were EXCELLENT there however so overall that experience was tolerable. The front desk personnel were fantastic. The only negative was the furniture in our unit was in need of a change. Couch pillow was torn(Zipper was broken) and when reported upon arrival, was told there was nothing that could be done until unit owner was notified and approved a repair or replacement. All told, it was a good location, clean premises, great beach, nice pool and great staff.

Pool bar needs to have a beverage manager that knows BEER.

Not enough beach chairs for the pool area, room needed to be fully cleaned before renting, dust was accumulated all over the room Toilet water source was turned off and I had to find the valve to turn the water on. The float valve had to be adjusted so the water in the tank would not overfill . Luckily I was able to make these adjustments other would have called for maintenance or ask for a different room or leave the resort. The bath tube need caulking around the rim to coverup the rusted areas. It needed renovation.

The suite was perfect for our family of 5 with the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and pull out couch. We loved the access to washer/dryer and full kitchen in the room. We enjoyed the bar and cafe on site and the shake shop right next door! The beach access was easy and pool and hot tub was perfect temp! The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking garage was awesome as it rained every night. Location was close to John’s Pass and just a short drive to other restaurants.

The hairdryer on the wall started shrieking and smelling of smoke as I began using it, so I had to use the other one provided. The bed and pillows were kind of hard as well as the pull out couch. My kids had a hard time sleeping on it at all. Some fixtures could be updated.

The property itself is an excellent area and location. The beach was fantastic. We rented chairs and umbrellas for 2 days. The rooms were not clean. The tub was dirty in the master bedroom and so was the shower in the other bathroom. The floors were very dirty. The condo needs a deep clean. One of the pillow cases was ripped. The sheets on the master bed had spots. The trundle couch was stained and dirty. The sink wasn't clean. The standard of clean needs to go up considerably. The price per night doesn't match the standards. The pools and the bar are located in a great spot and the cafe was very nice. It's a great location and vacation spot it just wasn't clean. This is our second time going there. I think I will pick a new place next time.

Rooms was dirty

They upgraded us so we had a better view. Beach "view" is not the same as Beach "Front", so beware - they consider if you can see the ocean at ALL.... well, that's a sea view. Anyway, it was very pleasant and the room was quiet even though we had neighbors. The kitchen was not very well appointed - lots of lids, not very many pans. I had to ask for more bowls. But they were accomodating. This isn't the rental to make a feast in! But it is ok for simple stuff. The seafood in the area is so good that we didn't eat in anyway. Breakfast was all. Bring your own ground coffee! Sloppy Joe's restaurant was close by, and the scallops were awesome. The price was right too. There's live music until 9 at almost all the restaurants.

Kitchen dishes and cookware were sketchy. And.... could've used more sun, LOL

We loved everything about our stay! Our room was clean, spacious, updated, and had the most amazing view! The pool was amazing and the sand on the beach was buttery soft!!! The cafe and pool bar had really good food and drinks and the staff was extremely friendly!! I can not say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back and asking for room 513N!

The only critique I have is maybe doing away with some of the lounge chairs by the pool and adding more tables and chairs. It seemed the tables went first thing in the morning, and there was no shade otherwise. Also, extending the Cafe hours during the week until 8pm would have been nice for another dinner option.
