Another excellent visit to The Barefoot Bay Resort. We're never disappointed here ... The place has a real individual feel about it amongst all the big international hotels. You're greeted as one of the family and treated as such during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable and are built around a small but perfectly adequate pool, and there's a deck out back where you can sit with your coffee and watch the sunrise. Added to that car parking is free. If you're looking for a few days of "Island life" with a real feel of old Florida... This is the place for you. The owner (Stacey) does everything she can to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Thanks Stacey... We will return.

The property is beautiful. The location is AMAZING and the staff were exceptional. We arrived a tad early. They were kind enough to get us into our room for a post flight nap before we explored the area. We were able to leave our bags for a few hours post check out as well which was a huge blessing. The staff were very helpful in giving us tips for where to go and places to eat. We will absolutely be staying here from now on when we visit Clearwater. The room was the perfect size. Nice size fridge for leftovers (not full size but not super tiny either). The pool was fantastic and refreshing. Stacy and Cesar were super helpful and so fun!

Fantastic motel, our view in the morning for a bay with sailboats was breathtaking. Very clean. Small. Family business. Beds were comfortable. Was not crowded. Nice and clean swimming pool. Parking. One block away from the beach. White sand beaches (beautiful) Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores. There is a bus for 5 $ (multiple rides) which drives around Clearwater island. Very safe neighborhood. I was waling alone on Friday evening and was not afraid. Staff at the reception super nice and friendly. We would recommend this motel to anyone and will definitely come back.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless! There was plenty of space for the two of us. We had a corner room on the second floor, it was perfect. The location is great, pier 60 is across the street, plenty of restaurants to choose from, 24-hour Walgreens is super close. Parking was easy. We didn't use our vehicle once after arrival.

This is our go to everytime we visit Clearwater Beach. Best central place to stay on the island. Staff is amazing as always! Private dock to relax, drink coffee, and watch the dolphins in the harbor. Super clean, great amenities, all around best!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, the double/queen bed was a little soft/lumpy for my liking. Everything else was fantastic!

The location is perfect… walking to many restaurants and the amazing beach, across Walgreens and very close to grocery store. Stacey is such a sweetheart who recommended good restaurants in the area. I was hesitant to book the property because is only 2 stars but in my opinion should be 3 and I would love to go back there anytime.

This resort is in the absolute perfect location! It is within walking distance to everything! We did not even rent a car for our trip. We Ubered to/from the airport and to a Phillies spring training game. Other than that, we did not need a vehicle at all. There is a Walgreens right next door with a liquor store in it. A marina across the street with great restaurants and convenience of booking fishing trips, dinner cruises, etc. Tons of great restaurants and night life!! We will definitely be back!

All rooms should have either a box fan or oscillating fan. The air conditioner is in an odd spot and the bed blocks the air from cooling the room. Lois at the front desk let us borrow her oscillating fan and it worked perfectly to cool the room.

Could not fault anything. Room was large and spacious with huge fridge and freezer, table and chairs large sofa and TV. AC was a little noisy so we turned off and opened the windows that overlooked the rear decking so had a lovely breeze coming in. Pool area and rear deck just gorgeous, so quiet too. Stacey very easy to communicate with and left clear instructions to check in as we arrived after 6pm. She is a lovely host and gave some great advice on eating for breakfast. The dolphins also came to visit off the rear decking Just a shame we only booked 1 night. Will hope to return soon.

Location we always stay here and we were so happy when we found they upgraded the in room ac.

We didn’t know they had dumpsters till a few days ago into our stay and we aren’t one to bother room service so we did accumulate some trash but was solved after a couple days.

From the start the lady at the front desk was exceptional! I believe her name was Stacey. She delivered the best customer service i believe i have ever had at a hotel. LOCATION was AWESOME! just steps from the beach, the marina where all the tours are, and steps from the restaurants and shopping. We did not have to drive anywhere the entire time.

The room was older and the bathroom was very small, but it was very clean and all we needed and the location made it all worth it
